I see that @SteveBakerUSA and @accabbat are grasping at straws trying to say the Cole confession was false. Now, even after the confession, they're also still trying to say the J5 bomber was an athletic, sunglasses-wearing, female. It's getting more comical by the day. It's nice to see them crashing and burning along with their group of unemployed misfits, all of who were 100% wrong about this.

As an attorney who has challenged false confessions and won acquittals, I reviewed the evidence against Brian Cole Jr., including his 161-page FBI interrogation. My conclusion? The evidence is overwhelming. Here's why I believe the FBI got the right man.
For those of you that aren't blocked by @SteveBakerUSA and @accabbat please ask them to explain why they hid the "waddle" from everyone.
Below are clips from a recent Baker interview and from a podcast that Armitas appeared on in January 2025, both are explaining the Brian Cole, Jr. "WADDLE."
I thought "Brian's body is his alibi." Welp, there goes that alibi.
Just as I predicted, @SteveBakerUSA is on another thousand word rant trying to spin a new shoe story. The problem is, I already exposed this back in June when I showed how his top-notch, so-called investigator @accabbat, confirmed that the shoes were "worn out," just like Brian explained to fhe agents during his confession. How could Brian know they were worn out if they weren't his and he wasn't the J5 bomber??? I think Baker's angle now is that he's trying to say they were brand new shoes. That's ridiculous and it's the opposite of what the evidence shows and of their previous findings. I can't believe people are still falling for this sham. I have dozens more examples identical to this.
They can't keep their stories straight because they are all lies, concocted by Baker and Armitas since November. It's nice to see all of the lies finally catching up with them. How can they now say the exact opposite of their previous findings? Oh, probably because they're balls deep in a million dollar defamation suit and the truth is catching up. Cool story about Nike Air Max Speed Turfs, but what happened to the "squeaky, worn out Nikes" that you, @SteveBakerUSA and @accabbat used to talk about last year and why isn't anything about them being worn out in this "shoe size" story? Those are some important details you left out. Did that research about "worn out shoes" that you guys did get scrubbed after Cole, Jr. confessed to owning the same Nike Air Max Speed Turfshoes and discarding them because "they were old and they were coming apart." ???
From Brian Cole, Jr.'s Court Documents:
"...when the defendant was shown a picture of a Nike Air Max Speed Turfshoe, he admitted that he “used to have a pair” and stated that he “threw them away” because “they were old and they were coming apart.”"
How would Brian Cole, Jr. know that the shoes were old and falling apart if he didn't plant the bombs and it's not him on video planting them with the squeaky shoes on J5? Do you no longer report on it because it destroys your narrative and your grift?
There are more examples of you guys hiding and withholding "evidence" that you have in order to sell your fake narrative and fool your audience, this is just one example.

Haha, @SteveBakerUSA is in "tears and anger" because the entire charade he's been running since November all came crashing down with this detailed confession. Now I expect him to spin and fabricate everything that it says and divert from the facts contained therein. That's his M.O.!

OK, the usual caveat for those not following this case closely, but I have to respond like this because @SteveBakerUSA has blocked me.
"Knowing what I know about the process leading up to the interrogation."
Steve Baker was not aware of anything leading up to the interrogation because he didn't know Brian Cole was a suspect, or was going to get arrested. He's saying this looking backwards with what he thinks he knows.
Since the interview and confession was taped, we're going to see if Cole was "coerced to waive Miranda." The waiver of rights form that Cole signed is written at about the 6th grade level. Baker himself has described Cole, (who, BTW, he has never even met,) as "extremely bright."
"With the FBI having full knowledge of his disabilities..." We're told in filings that after he was arrested, (and after the interview,) Cole was diagnosed for the first time, at age ~35, as Autistic Level 1. It's the same diagnosis that Elon Musk claims. Baker has tried to portray Cole during multiple podcast interviews as a "Five minutes to Wapner, Rain Man" character, which seems wildly overblown.
FBI agents are trained in a lot of things. Diagnosing Autism Level 1 is not one of them. And even if they could have made a diagnosis, that would not preclude them from conducting a knowing and voluntary interview of an arrested subject with that diagnosis. Autism Level 1 is not a defense to a felony, nor does it preclude an knowing and voluntary confession.
Baker is projecting that which he knows nothing about concerning what the government knows and thinks. They don't charge terrorism and WMD crimes hoping for a quick plea deal.
And it's rich he'd bring up legal shenanigans since a legal shenanigan we might see a ruling on soon his his attempt to use Brian Cole, Jr.'s defense attorneys as his civil attorneys, for the obvious reasons.

The doomer grifters should all quit their podcasts and become defense attorneys. Without seeing any evidence the state or feds have on any given case, before the trial, they can tell you who is guilty or innocent based on their special feelings, or interviewing each other.

Baker really could end this today if he wanted. He has direct access to Brian through both his parents and his mutual attorney. All he would have to do is ask:
"Hey Brian, you told your parents and investigators (initially) you were in DC that night to attend a rally, which one, what was the address?",...
And then use armitas to pull the CCTV camera video, and Baker ask his network of J6'ers and "journalists" if they filmed that event, and Kyle with his "contacts" of suspendables, could easily spend the next week coming through video to catch a single witness or min of video that could corroborate an alibi for Cole,... here lets Try it out,..

How many people in the United States does the following apply to:
- Their car was caught going into D.C. right near the Capitol around 7pm on the 5th.
- Their cell phone pinged in the area the bombs were put down.
- Their financial records showed they purchased the exact same items as the bombs were made from.
- The exact same items as the bombs were made of were recovered from their bedroom later during a search.
-They looked on YouTube and Reddit about how to make a pipe bomb.
- The Anarchists Cookbook was on their hard drive.
- They confessed.
Rough number - how many people could this possibly apply to?
And if you want to argue the confession was illegally obtained, (it wasn't, it will be allowed in,) I'll spot you that one. How people in the country would the other things apply to?

He doesn’t tell his audience what the court filing says. He doesn’t confront her with it.
He doesn’t ask how she could be unaware of evidence allegedly recovered inside the house.
This isn't honest fact finding or reporting.
This is narrative framing , IMO, a la Steve Baker's “court of public opinion” strategy,

Yep. I can tell that's Brian's work. He built it. You see, for some reason Brian bought both black iron end caps and galvanized end caps. There is no reason to build a bomb using one of each. Brian used one of each on that bomb. Both bombs also had a very rare 9v battery connectors. Brian bought 5 of those and 2 were used on the J5 bombs. It's also made with a 1 inch x 8 inch pipe nipple (both were). Brian bought 6 of those pipes and the timers. So, yeah. That's pretty overwhelming evidence that it's his work. Now show me some evidence like that against anyone else. I'll wait. Lol.

There is significant evidence described in this government filing before the court. There is highly likely additional evidence that will be produced in the appropriate criminal proceedings. It would be inappropriate for the FBI to discuss any of this now that a trial date is set.
Baker is a huckster pushing a conspiracy narrative that lacks any evidence.
