Kenya's President William Ruto has completed 2,157 housing units in Eldoret City at a cost of $40.8 million.
He has handed over the keys to the homes to the new homeowners.
It includes 104 shops, a kindergarten, playgrounds, green open spaces, a clubhouse and a swimming pool.
