****FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE (BACK) FROM MASSIVE CRIMINAL AND POLICE CORRUPTION****PART 1 I have a story, and I would appreciate the input of any sane persons here, with an opinion about over-policing and outright police abuse/fabrications/false narratives/patsies and abuse of authority, who can put themselves in the shoes of this protagonist. It's a bit long so I appreciate the read and any feedback as to how you, the reader would feel in this situation; and also what you might do personally as a result of this type of corrupt victimization. Again, the read is long, but worth reading through to the end. If it can happen to one, it can-and does-happen to many. I am simply putting my voice to an epidemic, because it is necessary, and even critical to my life at this moment. This story is personal and will help me to move forward. A middle aged woman, a single mother, who was long searching for her ideal, safe and peaceful home in which to raise her child, happened upon a lovely country home with an acre of land, which sat quaintly upon it's own private hill-away from neighbors and with a 360 degree view of surrounding hills and gorgeous horse pasture, in the beautiful state of Kentucky. With much concerted effort, this woman moved her family from the fast paced, high crime intense city of Nashville, Tennessee to rural Kentucky, believing this to be their peaceful forever home. It was not. And there are many layers to this story. For the sake of keeping it simple and not losing direction, I am just going to uncover one of those layers now. This deals with unlawful and unprompted police threat imposed on innocent citizens. The woman purchased the home from the estate of a very large family with many descendants. In total, five remaining children of the deceased homeowner and something like 15 grandchildren, were heirs to the property owner (and dozens more grandchildren who were not included in the estate, living a low life of depravity and crime in the surrounding hills). A few of the eldest children, who were also the executors of the estate, had plenty of money and were happy to sell off the home for more cash. They were seemingly unattached emotionally to the property. The rest of the family, however, did not have money. They were not so well off and had strong, let's say even dysfunctional attachment and feelings of entitlement to the property. The woman purchasing, knowing nothing of this family, their feelings of entitlement or the hidden, sinister motives of many of the descendants; purchased the home wearing rose colored glasses, eager for the wonderful future that laid ahead for her and her special needs child. There are at least a dozen different facets of crime to this very complex story. So for the purposes of giving enough context, but keeping concise focus on this particular issue, I am going to jump ahead and leave out about a million details for now. In short, the woman and her child were succumb to constant intrusion, trespassing, burglary, animal abuse, vandalism, death threats, assault with a deadly weapon, criminal "framing," exposure to many other outside heinous crimes including drug and human trafficking, constant harassment, mass threat to life, and gang stalking not only by said "family," but corroborated with, and actively participated in-by local corrupt law enforcement and the Sheriff himself; who had the woman, her child and their home under constant physical surveillance, phone tapping, and threatened to make her disappear if she ever reported anything. This all occurred over a total of nine months, from the time the woman moved into the home, until the night she fled the home with her child, effectively abandoning her "forever" property... forever. One of the many grandchildren left out of the estate, who felt VERY entitled to "Mamaw's" property, was a local school bus driver. This woman, and her aunt, worked for the local elementary school, and had the long habit of meeting up at Mamaw's house to carpool in the early morn, leaving behind one or more vehicles and often a gigantic yellow school bus, which were parked at or left indefinitely at times in Mamaw's driveway as if it were a public parking lot. This was fine with Mamaw, who had a thousand kin. But really infringed on the woman who bought Mamaw's house, who also did not live Mamaw's lifestyle having people coming and going from her home constantly. The new owner lived a quiet life, kept to herself, and was not fond of constant disruption to her peace and privacy. So after the first few weeks of living in the home, and having strangers and school buses pulling into her private property as a meeting place, waking her family every morning at 5am; the woman put on her big property owner pants and politely drew a boundary for the "family" who still felt they had entitlement to Mamaw's property. And once this was done, the backlash from politely requesting to not be constantly invaded upon in her new home, was climaxed, causing a massive retaliation and uptick in behavior, with the ultimate goal of overpowering the woman by sheer numbers and running her scared out of her new home...... As the grandaughter/bus driver was told not to bring or park her school bus in the driveway of the property, she was very pissed off at the very notion of being put in her place. And somehow, through what I call "Cletus connections," rural outlaws who's jam it is to mess with the outsiders, the "family" simply found another crackhead bus driver to not only come out of her way to the property every morning before the crack of dawn, but to back up slowly and beep her loud assed horn at least 27 times in front of the woman's home before dawn, before pulling out of her driveway and going back the way she came. After dealing with this extremely nefarious and intentionally disruptive behavior for months, the woman walked down her driveway one morning and with her iphone filming, addressed the behavior of this unknown bus driver; whom she later found to be from an entirely different town with no business even near this woman's home except to constantly annoy and disrupt her family's sleep. The woman filmed the conversation asking the bus driver to stop, and explaining that she did not like the sounds of a construction site outside her door before the rooster even crows, and that the bus driver had no business coming onto her private drive each morning. The bus driver was combative and threatened to sue the homeowner for filming her (in her driveway at 6am without permission to be there), and continued with the behavior as if the conversation did not take place. Incidentally, the "family" owned all the surrounding property for 100 acres, and had a very large, open to the public, flat and paved lot just right next door-100 feet down the road, which could be used as a much better and straight turnaround than driving up on a stranger's hill that is private property, and three point turning a giant bus in reverse for five minutes. In any event, the bus driver who also appeared extremely intoxicated or under chemical influence, was combative and uncooperative. So the woman called around the school district and ultimately reported the ongoing harassing behavior to her superiors, requesting that they make it stop or there would be legal consequences. From 8am on that day, when the incident was reported to the school district, nothing happened. The woman was now nine months into the worst nightmare of her life, and in the absolute throes of harassment from every single imaginable angle. And consequently had rented a local storage unit and was actively trying to move her belongings out to leave the home she was constantly being threatened in. Again, the day was quiet, no visits, no returned phone calls, nothing...and that evening the woman made a trip to a nearby town with a truck full of her household items. At just after 10pm, while finishing unloading her moving truck into storage, her phone alerted her of two officers walking around outside her home detected by her Ring cameras. They were there, inspecting entry points and her surveillance cameras and just being really nefarious. The woman could hear her dogs inside the home, under serious duress...so she phoned the Sheriff's office from the storage facility some 40 minutes away, to inquire as to what was going on, and why the officers were basically camped out at her home for the past half hour. What came next is why I am writing this story...and what I want outside opinion on. Setting the entire scene for what this woman had experienced for nine months since the day she moved into this home, we are now at the pivotal climax 48 hours before her full departure. The following telephone conversation was recorded by the third party present, the manager of the storage facility. The officer did not know this was being recorded, and thought the woman was simply on her cell phone and he was safe relaying what he did, in the manner in which he did, to her at that time without any witness or repercussions. After all, it was nearly 11pm, no office would be open at that time. They had watched this woman working alone with her child in tow, and no help, trying desperately to get out of that hell hole. It was safe to say she was a very easy target to hit very hard without consequence. Or was she?? The dispatcher answered the call and connected the woman to the officer who was still stationed with a partner outside her home. He identified himself as Sergeant *G*, no identity given for his partner. When the woman, honestly confused, inquired as to what was demanding their presence at her home, the Sergeant informed her that "he had been sent there to give her a warning by the Sheriff *S*, himself." The information he gave was as follows: He (Sergeant) "had been receiving calls all day long (dozens of calls-ringing off the hook) from everyone in the neighborhood, complaining and warning the Sheriff's Office about how the woman had threatened violence upon a bus driver at her home that very morning." The woman calmly explained that was not at all the case. The Sergeant pressed on. He was apparently sent to the woman's house some 16 hours later, specifically by the Sheriff *S* himself (obviously to intimidate her and catch her off guard), in the late night to disrupt her family and warn her that "She could face arrest and criminal charges, including prison time, for the maximum possible count of child endangerment for threatening the lives of every single (non existent) child on that (make believe) filled to the max school bus." Sergeant made it very clear that he was being nice, and doing the woman a favor, by giving her a warning...for a handful of made up crimes that did not occur in reality....and then asked her if she wanted to be arrested. Now, as it was explained multiple times to this Sergeant. Nothing was on the woman's person when she civilly confronted the school bus driver, except a cell phone to record the interaction, and a flashlight because it was still dark outside. No weapon of any kind, nor was her demeanor threatening. In fact, as recorded, she was so far beneath the bus driver that no physical contact could have even occurred. And at one point the hostile bus driver even tried to lean out the window and initiate physical contact with the woman, attempting to physically knock the phone recording the incident out of her hand. Only the distance between hindered her reach. 🤨 Further, there were NO children on the school bus, registered in another town and school district. And it had been discussed on camera with said bus driver that (according to her) she was a special needs bus driver, and was picking up one *DEAF* child who lived down the street from the woman. It was also determined in that conversation that she was turning around to pick up the child down the road in the direction that she came. Therefore, she was both NOT picking up a child at or near the home in question, had no legitimate reason for being at the home in question, and did not actually have a child on her bus until AFTER leaving the home in question. Additionally, IF A CHILD WERE ON THE BUS, IT WOULD BE A **DEAF CHILD** WHO WOULD THEREFORE NOT BE PRIVY TO A VERBAL CONVERSATION BETWEEN THE WOMAN AND THE BUS DRIVER, OR SUBSEQUENTLY FEELING SCARED OR HAVE HIS PERSONAL SAFETY THREATENED BY SAID CONVERSATION. And lastly, in a rural neighborhood where homes are separated by acreage, it is not even logistically possible that more than a few people could even physically witness the conversation between the woman and the bus driver at 6am, when there are only a handful of neighbors, and by the loudness of the bus itself, they would had to have been also physically on the property to even hear the dialogue. Now, this story is not about a bus driver or a menial dispute over a bus driver turning around annoyingly in a person's property. As I stated there are a million other incidents and details in between- leading up to this incident, where the woman was verbally and physically threatened by local law enforcement. Other times where she naively reported obvious crimes around her involving a drug cartel "family," and the existence of a mass operation involving child sex & human trafficking; which immediately resulted in an officer at her door telling her that bad things would happen to her if she reported witnessing anything further, and the woman should think about her child. Ultimately these few reports made prior to knowing what kind of "family," in reality mafia (known locally as the "Cornbread Mafia"), her home was purchased from, or how the local law enforcement was so intertwined with this family, resulted in mass gang stalking by law enforcement and said family, including by the Sheriff *S* himself. And after the woman fled her home, exactly 48 hours following the final threat by the Sergeant, that false charges had, and could further be fabricated over a fictitious incident with a school bus driver, to indict this innocent woman and put her family in great jeopardy; the Sheriff himself performed yet another trick. The Sheriff's office in this small rural county is also the property tax office. And the Sheriff *S* somehow made it so the woman was removed from the public PVA (in their internal computer system), as the rightful owner of the home she had purchased. The home was mysteriously and fraudulently placed BACK into the names of the deceased parents whose estate it was purchased from. And the property tax bills were reverted back to this family of origin. Because the woman was effectively removed from the computer system, each time she called to inquire or settle her property taxes, she simply could not be found by the people working in the tax office. This until she accidentally received an overdue tax notice informing her that the property would incur a tax lien and subsequent auction. This took a mass amount of digging to correct, but ultimately this was initiated and facilitated by the Sheriff's office as a form of sabotage that would potentially directly result in the woman unknowingly losing all rights and ownership of her property; and also allowing this "family" to get their property back from her illegally, either by outright theft or for pennies on the dollar at auction. Even with this tax issue worked out, the woman now had to provide her whereabouts to the Sheriff's office (privacy she had otherwise diligently protected) for the purpose of receiving her future tax bills and proof of title correction, and to avoid having a recurrence of this property ownership debacle in the future. As a result of this, the "family" has now been notified of the woman's whereabouts through unlawful means and connections (which she tried desperately to keep private, leaving the state and virtually no trail behind her), and she has subsequently received an uptick in threats and communications that they definitively know where she is now living. The woman has also been trying to sell her property that was purchased from this monstrous clan, for the past two plus years. She has hired no less than six real estate agents who were unsuccessful in closing a sale and run off by the eerie, threatening individuals who are constantly STILL surveilling the property at all times. The home has been under contract nearly a dozen times, and has never seen a sale to fruition for exactly the same reasons identified with the realtors. These people have a stronghold over the property, are actively-and with the assistance of corrupt law enforcement, sabotaging and preventing the possibility of any legal sale for the property owner, with the intention of financially harming or even bankrupting her; and in the end-unlawfully assuming ownership of said property back into their "family," and effectively aiming to leave her totally financially destitute and helpless. These crimes were reported above local law enforcement to the Congressman's office, Kentucky District Attorney's office, FBI and DHS, with zero response. And......I.....Need....Help. I am the woman. I need Assistance. Help. Protection. Investigation and Intervention with this issue. My property is a hub with a 360 degree view of constant criminal activity. This is why they will not allow it to sell, or anyone from the "outside" back into it. This family has law enforcement lookouts literally stationed at its entry and exit points, and they monitor everything and everyone coming through that neighborhood. They are part of a massive criminal network.
