@MikeSievert it just came out I have been overbilled by tmobile by $248/Mo for the past 23 Months. And while Ken (ID 74373) is trying to help, the supervisors are not allowing him to credit more then past 3 months.
Update on T-Mobile & their refusal to reimburse over $5600 that was overcharged over the past 2 years:
Their "executive social media team" has advised its impossible to refund more then the 1 years worth (50%) they are now offering. @MikeSievert @TMobileHelp @TMobile

@MikeSievert Ken transferred me to Supervisor Christie (ID 74652) Who says they cannot do anything more then crediting the past 6 months. I fail do understand, how @TMobile knows they overbilled me, isnt disputing that the lines were cancelled 2 years ago, but refuses to fix it.
