How many of us are willing to pay the price for justice? Or to stand against the Darkness? Anyone? Hello…
Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

**Illegal Monday** The type of white paper that launched the account. Long post. Citations at end. Why Tech Workers Fighting Visas Cannot Afford to Dismiss Illegal Immigration Six arguments, one labor market, and the illegal labor that does not file an LCA Chief Engineer | September 2026 | Evidence brief for intelligent followers. tl;dr can move along. Not a press release. Abstract: Tech workers have a clean target in the H-1B system because the government publishes the filings. That visibility is useful and incomplete. Unauthorized labor is larger, harder to count, and already inside industries that look corporate on a W-2. This brief lays out six reasons visa-focused workers should treat illegal immigration as a first-order problem: one labor market, housing and schools, shared document fraud, political headcount, the collapse of high-trust work, and a hidden office pipeline that never appears in lottery data. The strongest claim is the last one. Visas have a database. Illegal office labor has a stolen Social Security number and an I-9 a manager certified as genuine. Introduction H-1B is measurable. In fiscal year 2024, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services approved 399,395 H-1B petitions. Seventy-one percent of those beneficiaries were born in India (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, 2025). Engineers can name the vendors, pull Labor Condition Applications, and argue about wages. Unauthorized presence does not come with that dashboard. Pew Research Center estimated 14 million unauthorized immigrants in the United States in 2023, with 9.7 million in the workforce, 5.6 percent of all U.S. workers (Passel and Krogstad, 2025). Professional and business services, the industry bucket that includes staffing, contractors, and back-office work next to engineers, ran about 7 percent unauthorized in 2023 (Passel and Krogstad, 2025). Treat that 14 million figure as real. At that scale the implication for American tech labor is horrific. No exaggeration. Set aside agriculture and construction for a moment. Those still hurt tech workers. That is another post. The six arguments below are not separate crusades. They are one system viewed from the desk of a worker who already knows the visa fight and has been told the other fight is someone else's problem. Too many comments read: I don't care about illegals. That is ignorance on display. Here is why. The Six Arguments The labor pool is one market Visa fights decide who sits in the cube. Illegal hiring decides what the floor under that cube costs. Unauthorized workers were 15 percent of construction and 14 percent of agriculture in 2023, and 8 percent of leisure and hospitality (Passel and Krogstad, 2025). Those trades set local wages, housing starts, food prices, and logistics costs in the same metros that absorbed H-1B growth. Employers who can tap an unauthorized pool do not compete as hard for legal labor anywhere on the wage ladder. Calling the result a labor shortage is a slogan. It is a suppressed reservation wage. A tech worker who only audits the lottery is measuring the labeled pipe and ignoring the unlabeled one that still moves the cost of living. Housing and schools are not a side issue Nominal tech pay looks high until rent, property tax, classroom size, and emergency-room wait times eat it. Unauthorized households concentrate in the same states that already run large Indian and other visa populations: California, Texas, New Jersey, and similar hubs (Passel and Krogstad, 2025; Ward and Batalova, 2026). School districts enroll first and match immigration files later, if they match them at all. A B-2 visitor is not authorized to use public K-12 as a regular student under federal rules, yet local practice often treats presence as residency (Immigration and Nationality Act section 214(m)). Visa reform that leaves interior status unenforced does not save the school or the starter home. This rearranges who gets the scarce seat. Status fraud is the same picture Overstaying a tourist visa, working after a petition dies, using a stolen Social Security number, and sitting on a B-2 while relatives work are not a different moral category from H-1B abuse. They are the same failure: nobody matches the body to the file. Form I-9 requires the employer to examine documents and certify, under penalty of law, that they appear genuine and relate to the person (8 U.S.C. section 1324a). Repeated I-9 failure, identity theft on a payroll, and vendor layers that hide the worker are how both the staffing firm and the cash crew stay in business. ICE worksite cases keep finding stolen numbers used for wages and benefits (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, 2025; U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, 2026). If the shop is never reported, neither lane to these jobs gets cut. Politics follows headcount, not job titles Sanctuary rules, benefit access, driver's licenses, and census apportionment are driven by the large unauthorized population, not by the annual H-1B cap. Pew's 14 million figure for 2023, with about 6 million holding some temporary protection and about 8 million holding none, is a political mass (Passel and Krogstad, 2025). ICE manpower is finite. A force on the order of 22,000 agents cannot do worksite, street, and jail detainers at once. The cheap-labor lobby uses both the visa statute and the unenforced interior to exploit the resource for profit. Split the issue into "skilled good, illegal other" and the same donors keep E-Verify voluntary and interior enforcement thin. Tech workers still pay the coalition that protects both pipelines. High-trust work dies when the surrounding county is low-trust Engineering assumes contracts, credentials, and a common language in the meeting. A county that will not remove a known unauthorized crime family, or a hospital that staffs people who cannot communicate a consent, is not a county that stays good at intellectual property and quality control. Multi-generational American workers, including Hispanic families with roots older than living memory, are not the problem. The problem is a system that treats status as optional and undeserved while expecting the office to remain high-trust. You cannot run a specialty-occupation economy on I-9 theater and hope the schools, jails, and clinics stay someone else's responsibility. The hidden corporate path for illegal employees is larger in uncertainty than the lottery H-1B is apparent to us because Labor Condition Applications and petition counts are public. Unauthorized corporate labor does not file an LCA. It files an I-9 with a stolen number that belongs to a citizen, a child, or a dead account, or it keeps a badge after OPT or H-1B status expires. The Social Security Administration has long documented name-number mismatches and SSN misuse by noncitizens not authorized to work (Social Security Administration Office of the Inspector General, 2004). Later estimates put millions of unauthorized workers on valid or borrowed numbers in some years, with the Earnings Suspense File holding unmatched wages at enormous scale. ICE's Glenn Valley Foods operation found about 70 illegal aliens using stolen identities and more than 100 citizen victims whose prescriptions, disability checks, taxes, and licenses were wrecked (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, 2025). A Kentucky window plant produced indictments for stolen numbers on I-9s (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, 2026). From the next desk that person looks like a coworker. From USCIS they are out of status. There is no public headcount of unauthorized workers in software, help desk, or vendor IT. That gap is the point. Absence of a lottery table is not absence of bodies. The Strongest Argument** The strongest argument is not that every engineer should stop caring about H-1B. The strongest argument is that H-1B is just one labeled slice of a substitution system made up of many others, and the unlabeled slice sits in the same buildings. A lottery you can screenshot will always attract more heat than a stolen SSN on a W-2. That is a measurement error, not a conclusion about harm. Most do not realize it, but these illegal aliens are in tech and management jobs. By the numbers which are certainly understated... millions of them- they just aren't filing their job or foreign college on a register that we can see but they are web developers, programmers, MBA, and scientists all the same. There is almost no occupation untaught in a foreign country that hasn't been found to be employed in the USA illegally. Professional and business services already carried a 7 percent unauthorized share in 2023 (Passel and Krogstad, 2025). Identity-theft worksite cases prove the method for getting onto formal payroll. Status rot (overstay, lapsed petition, B-2 plus remote work) proves the method for staying off the H-1B list while keeping the badge. Employers certify documents. Vendors hide the headcount. Citizens absorb the tax and credit damage when the number was stolen, with no voice to make it public. Tech workers who treat illegal presence as a blue-collar story are volunteering to miss the massive number of jobs that are theirs. If the standard is "show me the LCA," the unauthorized office worker will always win the argument by disappearing. The correct standard is whether the person is authorized to work. That question belongs to ICE, USCIS, and the Department of Labor, and it only gets asked when someone reports what they saw. Summation What this brief established is simple. Visa abuse is real, documented, and concentrated. The visa system itself is abusive to our unemployed degreed labor. It attracts the majority of attention. This is hard to accept but has to be understood. Unauthorized presence is larger, less visible, and already inside industries that are not farms. One labor market means construction and hospitality wages still move the cost of living for engineers. Imagine if competition for employees pushed wages to 30 dollars per hour to match inflation. Where would an engineering salary lie? Document fraud and weak I-9s are all in the same bucket. Political power tracks bodies, not job codes, and they profit off the capital with Chamber of Commerce money greasing the cheap-labor transactions that sell out our prosperity. High-trust work cannot be isolated from the country that refuses to enforce status. The hidden corporate pipeline is the piece visa activists are most likely to miss. The practical implication is not to abandon H-1B reform. It is to stop treating interior enforcement as a lower-class errand. Report unauthorized hiring. Demand E-Verify with teeth. Treat overstay and stolen-identity payroll as illegal employment, because that is what the statute already says. The laws are there and we should push for enforcement of every single statute. The harm is generational and lowers the potential of our society through a cash-out dilution. A specialty-occupation workforce that only polices the lottery will keep losing to the underground illegal system that never files one. References 8 U.S.C. section 1324a. They didn't do this because he broke X's TOS because he didn't. He never does and is very careful about that. They are trying to destroy him because he's very effective at finding and exposing indian visa fraud. The same reason why Charlie Kirk was killed, because he was effective. Once you are over the target they will try anything to silence you. They will report you, they will harass you, they will sue you and eventually they will try to kill you. They got thousands of accounts to report every single post and every part of his profile. All because he found their fraud and reported them to USCIS. This cannot be allowed to continue. The state department just set up a portal and asked us to find visa fraud and submit tips. I think this is a fair request. The amount of work that needs to be done is not achievable for the state department alone. BUT if they are going to ask us to do this work they have to protect us. The State Department needs to put india in its place. They cannot target American citizens who are just doing the work THEY asked us to do. @DeputySecState @SecRubio
🌇 1: Many thanks to everyone who helped me get reinstated. 2: There are two things going on: a litigant in India is attempting to sue me. Then, at the same time, a large brigade hit X on my account reporting most of everything I've ever posted on the platform, reporting my profile, reporting my banner, reporting my username, and reporting my handle, attacking the whole content surface of my account. 3: I had a brief discussion today about how my account was handled at X. I am not going to say who it was with or any detail beyond this: It appears my account was transported through every status under the sun at X. One or more X employees wanted to leave a hold on my account for my profile name "Desi H-1Bhenchods", as the term is super-offensive in India. It isn't in the USA, because the USA is not a Hindutva culture region. I don't live in India, and rarely do I ever want to engage with "South Asia". But we are forced to do so against our will here under the Terms and Conditions of this website. As you can see, that also was finally overridden. I was restored before I even had an opportunity to file an appeal. 🫡

Americans and patriots, there are currently 2 new rules proposed by DHS to curb work visa fraud. We need your help to leave comments in favor of the new rules being proposed by DHS. Foreign adversaries opposing these rules have surpassed us by a huge margin with more tailored comments, provided by visa cartels and immigration attorneys, opposing these new rules. Lawsuits are being filed to rescind previously approved rules due to more opposing comments on those rules. Please do your patriotic duty to the nation. Both of these rules have more public comments opposing the rules. Here is the '$103K H1B fee for H1B workers' proposed rule to leave comments in favor of it. regulations.gov/document/USC… Here is the link to the proposed rule for the end of the 60-day grace period for laid-off visa workers from stop looking for a new job in the USA. federalregister.gov/document…

They changed Aslan's voice, which is what the ape did. Netflix's The Magician's Nephew moves C.S. Lewis's story from 1900 London into 1950s glam rock Britain. They gave Aslan a red-striped face and multicolored eyes, which director Greta Gerwig says was inspired by David Bowie, and the lion speaks in Meryl Streep's voice. In The Last Battle, Puzzle did all the work. He carried the water and hauled the loads and said of course, Shift, of course. When something yellow came over the waterfall into Caldron Pool, Puzzle went in after it. The water nearly killed him. He came out half-drowned and bruised, dragging a lion's skin the size of a hearthrug. Puzzle wanted to bury it. Lions are solemn, he said, "because of you know Who." Shift just called it a winter coat. He sent the donkey downriver to a market that had no oranges. Alone, he got out a needle and thick thread and a big pair of scissors. He cut the body short. He sewed a long collar for a long neck. He put ties under the belly. Every now and then a bird passed overhead and he stopped his work and watched it, because he did not want anyone to see what he was doing. Puzzle wore the costume, but Shift was the engineer. Every generation puts a new skin on the old stories. Totally normal. But lately the new skin keeps the old face and sews in a new mouth. The story you were raised on comes back wearing its own face. Lewis opened his last Narnia book with this test.. "A good deal of Puzzle's grey nose and face could be seen through the open mouth of the lion's head. No one who had ever seen a real lion would have been taken in for a moment. But if someone who had never seen a lion looked at Puzzle in his lionskin, he just might mistake him for a lion, if he didn't come too close, and if the light was not too good, and if Puzzle didn't let out a bray and didn't make any noise with his hoofs." A costume only works on somebody who has never seen the real thing. A skin holds up from far away, on a screen, in a trailer. Up close, in the pages, the stitches show. Every costume looks better in the dark, so hold the new version next to the old book in daylight. The disguise dies the moment the creature opens its mouth. Lewis's lion sings a world into being. Gerwig told christian media critic Ted Baehr a year and a half ago that she loved the old 1979 cartoon. Now she has swapped the mouth of the one who sings the world. Wait and hear what the new one sings. When Puzzle finds his conscience and asks what will become of them if the real Aslan turns up, Shift says he never does turn up, not nowadays. At that exact moment the sky answers with a thunderclap. The ground trembles. Puzzle hears a warning. Shift, whose mind works very quickly, hears permission. He tells the donkey he was just going to say the thunder was the sign they were waiting for. The objection gets sewn into the costume. Every single no from heaven gets tailored into a yes. And that's the needle still in the ape's hand. Notice who Lewis refused to mock in the story. Puzzle isn't the villain. He's cold and tired, and a voice he trusts keeps telling him he isn't clever. Lewis saved his anger for the ape with the scissors and gives the donkey mercy. So if people we love get swept up by the trailer, they are not the enemy. The film itself may be lovely. We'll judge it the way Lewis taught us, up close and in good light. Nobody gets taken in because they are stupid. They get taken in because nobody ever walked them up to the real lion. The enemy has never made anything. He wears. He puts on light, he puts on scripture, he puts on a lion's skin. Lewis was writing about what the war looks like when it comes for the children. That part belongs to us. The answer to a dressed-up story has always been familiarity. So read the real books. Read them out loud to the kids in your life until the real lion's voice lives in their ears. Kids who walk with Aslan thru seven books can't be sold a donkey in a skin, at any distance, in any light. The movie comes out next year but the war is older than any calendar, and it's always been a fight over who speaks in the lion's voice.

**Engineering Wednesday** Immigration taking center stage - as predicted. Have you watched an election season like this one? Officeholders who need votes are standing in front of cameras defending foreign students and foreign labor, then calling their own constituents racist for asking to be prioritized- how dare they? That is not a policy argument. That is their donor argument with a tired excuse that no longer bites. The voter is the threat because the voter is the person who can cost them the lobbyist money. This is not the end of it. This is the start. Nobody on either side is going home. The people selling the foreign pipeline have a problem they did not have ten years ago. There is no single leader to isolate. There is no one office to buy. X produced a decentralized stack of accounts. Some of them are far right believing only 14% of the population should even be in the country after you cross off everyone they hate. Some of them are a moderate Fox host asking why STEM graduates cannot get hired. The range of dissent is wide. The direction is the same. You can destroy or bribe a handful of movement heads but not thousands who have one position in common. That is why the temperature went up over a football photo. A Texas candidate posted a shot from the UT student section after the Ohio State game and treated brown faces as proof that foreigners had taken the school. Republican officials rushed in with the word racist. John Cornyn called it intolerance and racism. The pipeline is right there. Pointing it out makes a lot of folks very uncomfortable. Look at the graduate side and the job market. UT’s international office lists far more international graduate students than international undergraduates. That is the OPT and H-1B on-ramp, not a Saturday night in the student section. New York Fed figures have recent college graduates running hotter unemployment than the overall workforce, in the mid-5 percent range against the low-4s for all workers. Computer engineering has been printed near 8 percent unemployed in that same research family. You do not need a racial theory to ask why a country that claims a talent shortage has graduates sitting outside their own field. George Bush had his “please clap.” He lost. This cycle has its “please delete.” They will lose. A picture goes up. The professional class wants it gone because the comment thread will not stay on skin. It will go to visas, tuition, and who gets the first job. They would rather fight the photo than the petition. The story is behind who gets protected. Constituents asking for priority are called names. The staffing firms and the university international offices are called partners. The data - Recent poll 9/10 In that Blind sample of 4,230 professionals: 56% were against foreign labor two years ago it was 36% and its growing fast. 60% and this included H1B said employers should prioritize Americans.. even the H1B agreed! Get this 1 in 10 H1B admitted they had an unfair advantage- what does it take to admit it? That is not mysterious. Follow the money and the meeting list. Then notice the movement keeps growing while politicians are beside themselves thinking they can dictate our reality to us. How many of them will actually change position and how many are going to find themselves with John Cornyn who many believe lost when Paxton said Dallas looked like New Delhi. An incumbent loss of 36% to 64% Liz Cheney has company. Citations - UT International Student and Scholar Services headcounts: about 1,923 international undergraduates and 4,873 international graduate students - New York Fed / related 2026 releases: recent-graduate unemployment above the all-worker rate; computer engineering among the weaker STEM placement prints - EEOC and DOJ public lines this year treating preference for visa labor over Americans as national origin discrimination dallasexpress.com/business-m… Question: Are they defending a labor system, or defending the people who get paid to keep it open? Drop what you are seeing in your shop and your school.

Update: Arvinthan Chandran Nadar deleted LinkedIn profile picture since he was exposed on X. Former VP at Walmart where he replaced Americans with H1Bs for kickbacks and is now a VP at @HEB with same strategy. It’s why HEB sells Diwali cakes now. Here’s a closeup. Izzat destroyed

🚨 DATAREPUBLICAN.COM STRIKES AGAIN: TRUMPBLOGS, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NOBLOGS 🚨 🏴 THE ANARCHIST INTERNATIONAL ON NOBLOGS, MAPPED — EVERY BLOG, EVERY CELL, EVERY CITY. 🌍 The militant far-left has spent years hiding in plain sight on Noblogs.org — the anonymous blog network that quietly powers antifa, anarchist, squat, and "solidarity" cells around the world. So on my own time, for free, I scraped the whole thing. Because I kick commie *** for fun and need no government funding or sanction for it. Introducing an interactive map of 7000+ blogs across many countries and languages — antifascist, anarchist, ecological, prisoner-solidarity, migrant-border, revolutionary. Every one classified, geolocated, and searchable down to the verbatim quote. * 🔥 Verified quotes. Every claim is a receipt — their words, not mine. * 🌐 4000-plus blogs pinned to a live world map — zoom into your own city. * ⚔️ Many blogs classified "operational." * 🕸️ Click any blog, author, or cell and walk the network one tie at a time. No grant funded this. No client asked for it. I do this for free, on my own time, because someone should. 🖥️ Data-heavy! Best viewed on desktop. 📖 A preview of what's coming: DataRepublican v2.0 — full site redesign — launches soon, ahead of my and @JoshuaLisec book UNELECTED (Passage Press, Oct 13). And yes — if I can map the anarchist international in my spare time, I can map anything. 👇 Try it now (link in next post):
