If you can’t reach organic 1M impressions every few days across platforms - don’t call yourself a growth leader.
Growth Roles are one of the most rampant and scammy roles in Indian tech scene right now. Most founders are confused on what Growth teams should look like and end up hiring 7-10 juniors alongside 1-2 seniors and expect to blow up. Most kids end up larping on Twitter thinking they are working. A lot of thought and structure needs to be put into the role before blindly blowing money on random hires. It has adverse affect on the junior hires' careers too.

Calculating further, this means roughly €17 million worth of goods is moving through our infrastructure every month and on an annual basis, that's around €200 million in merchant goods.
Just to put our journey into perspective: the first half million shipments took us over 2 years. The next half a million took just 7 months. That's the power of compounding.
The hardest part is going from 0 to 1. Once you've built the foundation, every new customer, logistics partner, feature, and country builds on top of everything you've already created.
Soon we will hit 10 million shipments a month, if we hit this we have a jaw-dropping-level impact on the economy, meaning, there will be merchants goods transported through service worth about €6,7 billion!

Basically , everyday is a fight in this country. In home or on the outside.
Boardy is a fantastic product. It went agentic way before it was cool.
I will always remember my first Boardy interaction, it was an HF0 interview taken by Boardy and gawddd I was mind blown. The voice , the nuance in conversation, the accent. It felt like talking to someone real.
The team has worked their ass off, raised multiple rounds, they ship at the speed of light , almost go viral during every announcement yet here we are.
The connections barely convert. An activation problem that isn’t solved since its launch.
My guess is : the matching isn’t nuanced and it’s still surface level. When I am introduced to someone , I ain’t like - I WANT TO MEET THIS PERSON NOW.
It’s more like ‘Ya sure, let’s chat’ and then the mail gets lost in work and no one cares.
For Boardy to be successful, the matching needs to be S tier.
Everything else is secondary.

Operations/Design/Research/Dev - Everything is on the table
Every friend I know who works at a large enterprise has a premium Claude account with nearly tokens worth $1000.
Even their usage is now being tracked by senior management.
This surge has excited Anthropic's GTM team, and they have falsely estimated that India is the second-largest market for them.
Leadership in Indian MNCs is now pushing the middle management to let go of junior employees who aren't needed.
The problem?
Usage isn't as high as estimated; only developers use it, and that too, the ones who are AI-savvy, for everyone else - analysts, accountants, sales, it's a waste of money and resources.
However, the damage will be done in the next 6-12 months.
My estimation is that by mid-2027, Anthropic will see a massive churn in Indian accounts, and MNCs will go back into a hiring spree.
An expensive lesson for AI companies and Indian enterprises is in the making.
