In the audio settings, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe allows you to set the volumes for Narrator, Music and Sound Effects individually. If you’d rather not hear the loud British man, you can mute him entirely. (He’ll be screaming the entire time, you just won’t hear it.)

I have forgiven Cookie9 for their hurtful words spoken out of anger and frustration in their own inadequacies. I realize now that it must be soul-crushing to live as Cookie9. I hope that wherever they are, they're able to come to grips with whatever they're wrestling with.
