Team1 India Weekly Recap 🔺 Here's what happened across the Avalanche ecosystem last week. 🔺 @AvaxTeam1 introduced the Team1 Accelerator Grants Committee, bringing together 10 members from Team1, the Avalanche Foundation, Ava Labs, and the broader community. The committee was established to review projects monthly and collectively decide which projects would receive grants of up to $30,000. Committee members included @ChrisFusillo, @CryptoChimba, @PolyPup, @luke152, @Owenwg, @memosthetic, @Dorlanz0x, @Wrathtank_avax, @Joeycannoli9, and @Vohvohh. 🔺 @Hyundai showcased how stablecoins on Avalanche reduced cross-border payment settlement times from days to minutes. @MorganKrupetsky joined @NYSE Live to explain how Avalanche-powered stablecoins improved the speed and efficiency of global payments. 🔺 @magisformagic , Founder & CEO of @EVEN_biz, joined the speaker lineup for Avalanche Summit. He discussed how EVEN leveraged Avalanche to help artists sell music directly to fans, earn more from their work, and maintain ownership of their audience relationships. 🔺 The @AvalancheFDN introduced the Economics of Blockchain series, making its economic research more accessible by publishing research findings, open questions, and the actions shaping Avalanche's long-term economic strategy. 🔺 The community highlighted the impact of Helicon (ACP-285), which updated Avalanche's staking rewards by lowering the minimum reward floor for short-term validators while preserving maximum rewards for 365-day validators. The upgrade reduced projected AVAX emissions, strengthened staking incentives, and supported the network's long-term economic sustainability. 🔺 The @AvalancheFDN published its Research Agenda, outlining the research priorities, frameworks, and long-term questions guiding the Foundation's work toward ensuring the sustainable growth of the Avalanche ecosystem while increasing transparency with the community.
