Tim goes about his business. Doesn't go around starting issues with other people. Has an awesome property in @kamenamerica. Yet even he has to deal with people that have nothing else to do. This is silly, catty, and unhealthy for comics. I'm not suggesting everybody in indies needs to be friends, but it costs nothing to just let people doing their thing.

Bros and Broettes, This should go without saying, but whether it's about the Rippaverse or not, always vet information yourself. Haha. It doesn't matter how fond you are of a commentator, news outlet, or podcaster. Cross reference. Something said with a straight face on camera (or post), to a big audience, is still just something somebody said on the internet. The internet creates bubbles, and the heads of those bubbles depend on engagement to eat. Especially if their livelihood is contingent on ad revenues and superchats. It is very easy to become slave to that cycle. Some will say whatever appeals to the bubble they've cultivated, regardless of how untruthful it is. I get it. The Rippaverse does not engage with foolishness. Our disinterest in engaging is only confirmation of our vision. Understand the imbalance. For a commentator, talking is the product. Every hour they spend on us is a workday. For us, it's an hour not spent on actually running our business. They can afford to talk about us all day. We can't afford to talk about them at all. Silence is a business decision, not an admission. We're 2-3 years into "it's over" for the Rippaverse, in what's nearing our most successful year ever. We found our audience and we are blessed. If your favorite YouTuber is telling you otherwise, they're misdirecting or trying to speak something into existence. Either way, it's not worth the egg on your face. We're not in anybody's way. We have no enemies. We're not interested in one-sided affairs. We're a blessed independent success trying to do right by our customers; we continue to grow and improve each day. We care about comics and providing entertainment to those that will have us. We are thankful.
