grateful my mom gave me so many siblings, the few genuine friendships I have been able to build and financial muscle to pay for help.
I'm gathering from the replies to this that you lot don't actually like your friends when they aren't productive, 100% well, living like you.
My borther inlaws partner gave birth last week, when she told me she's experiencing lactation issues I used claude, went to the market and spent all of Saturday evening and sunday morning doing meal preps for her. I will be doing the same again on sunday.

I was doing too much, I had to I had no help & at around 3 weeks I developed clots that when scanned looked like a raptured appendix, as I was getting ready for admission my midwife checked in on us, then told me to meet her at Genesis. Turned out I had hematoma not appendicitis
Because I could easily conclude that you no longer deserve any access to me & we call it a day.
