United Airlines has just introduced an awesome new @Starlink Wi-Fi tracker that not only makes it easy to find out if your flight has Starlink, but also gives real-time Starlink installation progress for their fleet.
United has now installed Starlink on 43% of its fleet, with 639 aircraft now equipped. It even breaks down what percent of flights from each hub have Starlink, as well as installation progress by aircraft type. Really cool!

Delta really screwed up by not going with Starlink.
United used to be my last choice, but it has become my first - all because of Starlink.
Starlink is the best thing to come to planes since Biscoff cookies, and the rollout is accelerating.
It’s already live on 22 passenger airline brands. Another 24 have announced it.
I mapped every airline rolling it out:

United leads with 450, Qatar has 150 and Air France is estimated at about 130 from a June aircraft-type breakdown. Alaska has 105, WestJet at least 100, SAS 81, Emirates about 50, Hawaiian 42, airBaltic 28 and ZIPAIR 8. A single status column combines fleet penetration and rollout notes.

United has 600+ planes with Starlink (~36% of the fleet), rising to 100% by the end of 2027.
Delta has zero, and no plans for it.
People will book accordingly.

United Airlines says they are hearing from consultants that book themselves onto @Starlink-equipped flights specifically so they can work to and from client sites.
United’s reported Wi-Fi satisfaction scores on Starlink aircraft at more than double those of the rest of the fleet.
United: “On a Starlink flight, we often see round trip time in the 20 to 40 millisecond range. For GEO (Geostationary Earth Orbit) satellites [further away from Earth], you’d routinely see 2,000 milliseconds. It’s literally a hundred times faster.”
A few days ago on SpaceX's Q2 earnings call, Gwynne Shotwell said that they were hearing from an airline that customers are flying shorter hop flights instead of direct, so that they could ensure that they're on a flight with Starlink, something they've never seen before in the industry.
