.@HoustonTexans @Colts @DeForestBuckner v @Keylan301 Yo. we gotta get the jersey over the pads pulled way tighter...Can't allow these long armed DT's to grab anything....They will use it against you. #BaldysBreakdowns
Instant reaction:
-Trent Brown needs to be replaced by Blake Fisher
-Dexter Lawrence is good and the Bengals D-Line is nice
-we have a massive WR problem
-the Defense can't get a Turnover
-Reed Blankanship will be benched soon I believe, the man takes horrible angles and can't cover
-we don't have any run stuffing DTs
-Caley doesn't have an answer if we don't have a run game
-we should have kept our old punter Tommy Townsend
-not sure what is going to wake this team up
I noticed this too and it has bothered me
#Penderpoll .. Andre Johnson said the thing he does not like about CJ Stroud is his body language. He said this on the podcast of noted Stroud hater, Kendrick Perkins
How do you feel about this? VOTE BELOW
1. Andre was right, glad he said it
2. Andre was right, but shouldn’t have said with Perkins
3. Andre was right, but shouldn’t say it at all in public
4. I disagree with Andre’s take
Immediate reaction:
-Probably Kamari's worst game as a pro
-the right side of the OL is a problem
-DTs have to stop the run better
-Schultz looked off
-our kickoff returns looked horrible
-it's Collins and no one else at WR
-attacking the middle of the field is how you beat our Defense in the pass game
-it's nice to see Stingley get a FF
-hopefully a net positive that our Def got embarrassed today
-The punter looked solid and pinned 2 inside the 5 yard line
-nice to see DeMeco get aggressive on Offense (going for it on 4th downs)
-I won't want to play our defense next Sunday, they will be pissed
-Reed Blankinship didn't look good in our defense
-not sure To'oTo'o ends the year as a starter
-nice to see the Offense put up 31 points, that should be plenty of points to win games this season
-nice to see us score consistently in the red zone
-was always going to be a tough game, I think the boys will bounce back

Back in January 2023, Peyton Hillis took his kids to the beach in Pensacola, Florida.
There had been a bad storm the night before. It was windy that morning but the sun was out, and he didn't think much of it.
Later that morning, his mother started screaming.
"I looked at her and she pointed out to my son, and she says, 'Orry and Camille are drowning.'"
His son Orry was 9. His niece Camille was 8. A rip current had them.
"I didn't even think. I reacted and started running into the water."
Then came the part of this story almost nobody tells.
Hillis reached his son first. And he had to keep swimming.
"I think the scariest point was when I'm swimming to my son and I have to pass by him because my niece is in more danger," Hillis said. "I knew that I had to pass him up to get to Camille first. Because if I didn't, then there's no way she would've made it."
He swam past his own child.
When he got to Camille, she was screaming that they were going to die. He got her onto a boogie board and pointed her toward shore.
Then he turned around and went back for Orry.
By that point his son was, in his words, pretty much limp. Hillis carried 130 pounds of dead weight through a rip current while watching his kid's eyes roll back in his head.
"Lord, please. I really don't care about my life. I don't. But if we can get him out of here, that's the only thing I'm going to care about."
He got him to shore.
Both kids lived. Hillis collapsed.
He was airlifted to Baptist Hospital in Pensacola with lung and kidney failure. Doctors sedated him and put him on a ventilator.
He didn't wake up for about 10 days.
"The first thing I remember is my mom, daughter, and sister standing around me. To their credit, they all act like everything was normal, everything was fine, which calmed me down. I couldn't move. I mean, I couldn't move my body."
Two more weeks in intensive care after that.
Emmitt Smith visited him in the hospital that January and posted a photo, which was the first time anybody outside the family had seen him since it happened. Smith called him a hero.
Hillis stayed quiet through all of it. He gave no interviews for over a month.
When he finally spoke, in February, it wasn't about the rescue.
"I haven't taken any interviews on this because I'd like to keep my family out of the public eye because it was a very traumatic time for us. But I did want to come on here and show my appreciation for everyone who helped save my life. I left the hospital with no worries and concerns and should make a 100 percent recovery. I'm a very lucky and blessed man."
He was a seventh round pick out of Arkansas who ran for 1,177 yards for the Browns in 2010, got voted onto the cover of Madden NFL 12 by fans, and was out of the league by 2015.
Five months after the rescue, he sat down with Michael Strahan and summed it up in one line.
"It is 100% a miracle that somebody didn't die."

Kamari Lassiter and Jalen Pitre vs the Chiefs last season. 👀
The Texans defense is terrifying.
Titan socials have crushed it again
The #Titans’ schedule release video is just them on the street trying to find people who look like notable figures associated with the teams they play this season.
It’s outstanding. 😭

Texans aren’t playing at that dump of a stadium MetLife this year, that’s the biggest win of the schedule

T. J. Houshmandzadeh (@housh84) the Texans defense on @speakeasytlkshw:
“Where’s the weakness? Their backups can be starters on other teams. Who got 2 DEs like that? Who has an interior like that? Who has a line backing core like that? Who has a second- watch Kamari Ramsey, watch what he do. How you let somebody like Kamari Ramsey get drafted that late? Probably have the best set of corners, best 2 safeties. They got the best defense in the league.

.@JFowlerESPN with draft intel on the Texans:
Keylan Rutledge was their guy and some teams had Rutledge ranked ahead of Vega
Kayden McDonald was also seemingly their guy as they considered trading up even further for him, including back into the 1st round
