"Am I pretty?"
"Yes."
"How about now?"
"Oh my God, what happened? Who did this?"
"I... Wh-What?"

The flashback reveals that, even though Sanji won his most fights against many Okama, he always sustained injuries in the process. Ivan notices this and tells Sanji that he could easily dodge the attacks, but that he doesn't value himself.
He doesn't love himself, that is his greatest weakness.
Sanji reflects on Ivan's words and accepts that he is a Strawhat, and that this identity allows him to love himself.
Afterward, Ivan disappears as well.

Geppy-X is an incredible game, and a beautiful ode to the robots of the Showa era, with its story, characters, songs, etc.
I’m in love.
