Do you have any questions about our upcoming Open Call submission window? Join our Inside Scoop webinar! 👀 Our Open Call window will open for submissions from Tuesday 3 November 2026 to Tuesday 1 December 2026 at 12 noon. Would you like to know more about the opportunity? Planning on submitting and want some advice on your final polish? Join us on Tuesday 27th October from 12:30 to 13:30 for a free online Inside Scoop webinar to meet the BBC Writers team and some of the alumni from our development groups. Learn more about the opportunity, the process and find out what makes a script stand out from other submissions. You can register for a space at this webinar on the Open Call page on our website bbc.co.uk/writers/opportunit… We will also be holding additional writer drop-ins on the 10th and 26th of November. More about those sessions can be found on our website. You do not need to sign up for these ones and can simply join through the link on our website. Live captioning and BSL interpretation will be available on our sessions on the 27th October and the 10th November. The Inside Scoop webinar will also be recorded and published afterwards on our YouTube channel. There will be an opportunity to ask questions via the Q&A box during the webinars and drop-ins #NewWriting #Writers #opportunity #BBCWriters
