Day 2: "The 5 Stages of Grief" is misnamed. It should be "The Grief Megamix". Grief isn't a linear process you move through in an orderly way. It's a cacophony of emotions, each blaring out randomly for you to drunkenly dance to as best you can.

My son's teacher messaged me to say Friday's PSHE lesson will be on #grief. She asked if I had any thoughts or concerns. She'll also ask my son if/how he wishes to be involved. She's assuming nothing and assessing & planning for his individual needs. It's #betherainbow in action.
