OK, Rebecca and I voted, and I delivered our ballots to the drop box. Now they can stop showing us political ads. Please!
This afternoon while I was hiking, Saga of Seven Suns passed its $200K stretch goal! So, I WILL create the companion volume of bonus materials, including my pilot script for a proposed 7 Suns TV show. It is featured on the add ons now. Back the campaign at backerkit.com/c/projects/wor…
Another beautiful hike today at Reynolds Ranch Park in Jefferson County. And I wrote a brand new short story, start to finish, in my creepy Wisconsin Tucker's Grove series. (We'll be collecting those in a new book next year.)
A very engaging YouTube interview on Seven Suns, Publishing, and going a little overboard with the fancy editions... youtube.com/watch?v=IoI05-o-…

Took the afternoon for a pretty hike in Centennial Cone park west of Denver. Nice trails and views...and lots of snow on Mt Evans.
this is awesome! Not bad for a first @Kickstarter
We have crossed $45,000 this morning.
If you're a little unsure about Kickstarter, here's how it works. We are not raising money for a charitable cause, we are collected PRE-ORDERS FOR BOOKS. Specifically, an epic American fantasy trilogy.
(By the way, the "Kickstarter" or "pre-order" price of the books is cheaper than the retail price will be later, especially if you buy all three.)
The books are written. We will ship them with their sprayed edges and their endpapers and probably their interior art, too (I am confident) probably in March.
At the link below you can learn more about the series and the campaign and you can back the project (which means, you can pre-order the books, and buy T-shirts and caps if you like):
