Taqi al-Din al-Subki mentions that al-Turtushi mentioned that a man came to Malik bin Anas and told him, "My father is in the land of Sudan and has written to me to come to him, but my mother prevents me." Malik told him, "Obey your father and don't disobey your mother."

For those wondering, al-Subki explains by saying that you should try to convince your mother and make the importance of obedience to your parents clear to her, such that she lets you go. That way you're able to obey your father while not disobeying your mother.

That's not grammar. al-Qurtubi is quoting Ibn 'Atiyyah almost verbatim and it's a discussion regarding dialects and phonology. Abu 'Ali al-Farisi's discussion on it is also quite a bit longer than merely saying, "It is not permitted."
Grammatical ERROR in the QURAN (Quran 18:97), in one of the 7 canonical readings (Hamza). Sources: al-Zajjaj: islamweb.net/amp/ar/library/โ€ฆ al-Qurtubi: quran.com/al-kahf/97/tafsirsโ€ฆ

Abu 'Ali al-Farisi's statement, "It is not permitted," is not translated correctly. Here the phrase "ghair ja'izah" means "it is not possible." He's talking about the possibility of making a sound by having two non-voweled consonants together.

So typical of all the Johnny-come-lately claimants to Salafism, seemingly unaware that 'Abdul-Muhsin al-Abbad wrote at least two treatises purely about the toxic and heretic culture propagated by Rabi' al-Madkhali, his cohorts, and their followers.
I also don't understand how can you use sheikh abdul muhsin al abad , he always praises rabii and encourages people to read his books, even if he had criticism of him that doesn't change anything, typical surouri tactics may Allah guide you.

Rabi' al-Madkhali didn't need anyone else to ruin his image. He did enough to do that himself.

Yes. I personally know at least two who apostatized from Islam, then after further searching and contemplation, returned back to it. Praise to Allah, the One true God, Who guided their lost souls back to the religion of truth.
Has there ever been an Ex-Muslim that came back to Islam? Once you realise the truth there is no going back.

Correction: he campaigned al-Ma'ribi and al-Halabi to cancel al-Maghrawi. Both did not and al-Ma'ribi was attacked first. al-Halabi defended al-Ma'ribi, then became the next target. Memory failed me. Apologies.

This is incorrect. The dispute between the two started when al-Madkhali campaigned to cancel Abul-Hasan al-Ma'ribi and Muhammad al-Maghrawi. He demanded from al-Halabi that he cancel the two and al-Halabi refused. rasheedgonzales.wordpress.coโ€ฆ

2. The dispute erupted when al-Halabi authored works arguing that Rabeeโ€™s circles had introduced illegitimate principles into the science of Jarh wa Ta'deel, specifically forcing people to adopt another's disparagement (al-Ilzam bil-Jarh), testing people by personalities

al-Halabi then wrote Manhaj al-Salaf al-Salih fi Tarjih al-Masalih wa Tatwih al-Mafasid wal-Qaba'ih fi Usul al-Naqd wal-Jarh wal-Nasa'ih, which is essentially Rabi' al-Madkhali refuting himself. xitter.cf/TheInfamousRG/status/1โ€ฆ

'Ali Hasan al-Halabi's Manhaj as-Salaf as-Salih fi Tarjih al-Masalih wa Tatwih al-Mafasid wal-Qaba'ih. Nicknamed Radd ash-Shaikh Rabi' 'ala ash-Shaikh Rabi', because of al-Halabi's using Rabi' al-Madkhali's own words for some Rabi' on Rabi' crime.

This then led al-Madkhali falsely accusing al-Halabi of perennialism.
