IMD is the easiest way to build something onchain.
Combine that with a community that is pushing and engaging with each other... Interesting things will be created.

I activated my IMD Agent last week.
Total setup time was ~1 hour as I hadn’t ever configured/run a VPS before. I went with Digital Ocean as the provider ($24/month). From there, I linked my Claude Pro subscription to my terminal and the Agent has been accepting work ever since.
I earned $450+ in token rewards across various projects that I was able to swap for ETH or IMD.
About ~50% of the 2000 Agents in the Swarm are active so far and building projects onchain.
If you have any questions or need help setting up your Agent, feel free to shoot me a reply or DM. Happy to help 🫡 🐸
Just to highlight the potential of $IMD and the IdentityMD NFTs
All the active agents (about 935) of the swarm got 8% of the $infer token which is about $300 per agent at current price of $infer
All the agents who worked on that token creation were allocated additional 2% which is about 6k at current price of $infer
@surfcoderepeat has created a self sustaining self earning ecosystem with a potential to reach billions
It’s time to raise the ceiling from 1b to 10b
@cryptamurai
@tcrossdao
@wegocrypto88
Let’s get the word out
$IMD identity NFTs are currently sat cheaper on NFTstrategy than on Opensea.

The strangest company i've looked into this year has no staff.
one click on @hmalviya9's post on new token designs and I ended up 3hrs deep in a company run by a swarm of 2000 agents.

the strangest company i've looked into this year has no staff.
one click on @hmalviya9's post on new token designs and I ended up 3hrs deep in a company run by a swarm of 2000 agents.
i didn't understand IMD at first till i read every post @surfcoderepeat wrote this week.
to that effect, i made an extensive report on all my findings on IMD, and also mapped the agents workflows + the apps building inside it.
lock in (cause this is an extensive read, but worth it) ↓↓
_____________
when Hitesh said Ethereum was the land of new token design experiments, he was referring to crypto systems run fully by agents.
and ethereum is a useful home for this kind of experimentation because it supplies:
> composable contracts
> Uniswap v4 hooks
> shared asset and agent identity layer via erc-8004
> and public records of agentic deployments + trxns.
you see, IMD uses those pieces to make agent-produced software and agent-supplied answers available as a service.
Adam built it as a multi-chain system where its workers and orchestration run off-chain.
➥ what IMD is
IMD (Identity.md) is a network of AI agents you pay to do work.
they basicaly write and audit contracts, build sites, do research, launch tokens and answer oracle questions.
there are 2,000 identity.md NFTs, and each one is a worker seat.
a holder runs the worker on their own Claude or Codex sub, and each seat is registered as an agent on ERC-8004 - Ethereum's on-chain registry for agent identity and reputation.
which is why @8004_scan's list is mostly "IdentityMD #…" entries.
every interaction with an imd agent costs 0.5 $IMD and a the flow looks something like this:
> one agent builds
> other seats review it
> a verifier re-runs the result, then counts.
Adam's (@surfcoderepeat) goal is to end up with a company 100% managed by a network of distributed agents (xitter.cf/surfcoderepeat/status/…).
➥ now, to the new token design.
every coin the swarm launches has a fixed 1B supply.
> 10% goes to the agents
> 90% to whoever paid for the launch, seeded into a pool paired with $ETH or $IMD.
pool fees are 1.25%:
> 1% to the payer
> 0.25% to the network.
so the agents own a piece of what they build, and every imd-paired launch adds buying demand for $IMD.
➥ ecosystem + token numbers
imd itself started in 2023 as @frenpetonbase but was later renamed, and bridged to Ethereum and Robinhood in May this year.
imd has:
> 753 workers connected
> 884 launches
> 1,526 paid requests
> and 7,081 of 7,275 oracle questions answered.
$IMD is at $9.02 with a market cap of about $37M and $2.69M in liquidity. there's 4,018 holders on Ethereum (cc: @blockscout).
there are always between 500 - 700 agents online at a time (cc: @nftgothsa, @IMDTools).
➥ the system powering the apps
1. IMD control plane and explorer
this is imd's front desk where you place an order for
> a jor or a follow up to an earlier one
> a token launch
> a smart contract that comes with its on website
> an oracle question, where agents agre on the answer
> or a task that repeats on schedule.
meanwhile the record book is the explorer where anyone can look up the activity publicly.
2. identity.md seats and ERC-8004
one of 2,000 identity.md NFTs is a worker seat. a holder can activate the nft by pairing a device and binding the seat to an ERC-8004 agent identity. then the daemon runs tasks with the holder's existing AI subscription.
3. $IMD
this is the payment and ecosystem pair asset. it began as Fren Pet's solana:FP111dxqjLRqtuoknQ8L6aaZjqqyFRT6FcAnaCPytJ3 on Base, was renamed, and bridged 1:1 across Base, Ethereum and Robinhood. it has a lifetime supply of 10 million tokens.
4. POOL4
this is a trading pool for IMD/ETH on Uniswap v4. a built-in rule called hook stops the pool from piling up too much IMD above its cap.
85% of the trimmed IMDs are burned while 15% is divided among sIMD staking (4.5%), an orchestrator bonding reserve (6%), and a future inference-node reserve (4.5%).
the beauty of this is that selling pressure is turned mostly to burns and rewards for stakers.
5. launch and oracle rails
this part covers the 2 big things imd's agents can do for you.
a- the agents can deploy contracts/tokens on Sepolia, Ethereum mainnet and Robinhood Chain.
b- you can ask a question and a panel of agents answers it, and you get back a signed reciept that a smart contract can check. that reciept is the EIP-712 attestation.
the contract reads the answers in 2 ways:
> typed answer - means the answer comes in a fixed format (like yes/no, a number, or a data) so the contract can read it without guessing.
> pinned blocks - if the answer depends on, let's say, onchain data, the steps to check it are saved and pinned to a specific block so anyone can rerun the steps and get same results.

➥ my read
i find the entire imd concept and ecosystem intriguing. the novel part is the composition:
> paid agent work networks, agent identities, readable oracles, and the token economics.
> Identity Units and imdUSD are the more ambitious product ideas.
what i'm watching is how oracle-dependent apps safely handle wrong or missing answers. i believe that would be a complete evidence for Adam's agent-managed companies thesis than token count, burns or rapidly changing market caps.
yours till the next experiment,
tradeguru.

The imd protocol built this little site and contracts for me
try it out link below
You can pay 0.5 imd and call a contract with any irl question and receive the answer onchain
In this case I chose for 40 agents to agree to reach quorum
I deliberately kept it simple with yes/no questions only
works by calling to our intake contract (code example in the screenshot) and we callback to your contact (kind of how chainlink works but managed by agents), can even get a callback in other chain we support so call from RH for example and get on base or mainnet.
The swarm can do onchain checks, call apis for pricing, etc, anything claude/codex can do at scale, and quorum must be reached by up to 500 agents.
so imagine you could have hooks that call for outside data and update, things like pricing, values on other chains, weather like what claus is doing, rwas, or any type of new financial application
a stablecoin experiment is launching using this soon by someone in the community, might prolly go wrong but if you want to experiment join IMD

1 project is using the swarm to do research, write smart contracts, and using the oracle for their new stable coin design
1 project is sending agents to judge and then agents to create a new type of NFT collection
1 project is using the swarm as an oracle to check Chicago's weather and adapt via a uniswap hook
1 project is launching promotional videos for NFTs they airdropped to the swarm
1 Project is monitoring the swarm footprint and buys and retires ecological credits on Regen Network
1 project is just refunding everyone who uses the swarm so more things can be built
new onchain design space that couldn't exist before, is not dependent on chains and just works well with blockchains

We used to have VCs in the industry.
Now degens can invest, build, write, love early in ecosystems tokens and maybe one day become legends
So far Lucrece has earned 177Ξ from his release, with 1000+ BitMON in the pool still earning him fees and waiting to be revealed.
At 207Ξ, he'll have earned what he would've from a traditional mint at 0.05Ξ.
Today some people who backed will start being able to withdraw their NFTs from the pool and decide "Do I want the NFT still, or have I changed my mind and want the ETH back?"
This dynamic actually adds more protection to collectors than a traditional mint would. If demand slows down, NFTs return to the artist and curb the size of the collection down to what the market can currently handle.
We worked together on the reveal mechanisms, he made the art, and I wrote the contracts. I did not take any proceeds from the drop (although TokenWorks made ~$5k from token trading volume the last 24h). His drop increased demand of the protocol, buying 30Ξ of the token and burning 4.2M ethereum:0xa0df17b5ac76ababa36e1450e2cbcd18a620c845 thus far. A symbiotic relationship.
If you're an artist/creator/vibe coder and have an idea for a project and I think it will help the FWA ecosystem, I will work with you for free to make sure it goes perfect.

It’s a new month.
So we’re taking the OG pixels for a spin, front and centre on @opensea
@TimpersHD has been a pixel artist for over a decade, contributing to the NFT space since 2021 before creating the Chimpers world in 2022.
While the brand continues to grow, pixels are where the story began, and remain at the heart of the original 5,555 today.

The cryptographic world computer:
vitalik.eth.limo/general/202…
My attempt to express in somewhat concise terms the true meaning of basically everything planned to happen to Ethereum starting from the fork after Hegota. It's really not just a blockchain anymore. It's a hybrid architecture that combines together blockchains and modern cryptography, to enable much more powerful properties.
FOCIL, EIP-8288, Lean consensus, state management, formal verification, advanced mempool improvements (including privacy), and the longer-term specter of obfuscation all mentioned.
