Can someone smarter than I am explain why browsers like Chrome (or Chromium in general) and Firefox get constant upgrades/patches, but Safari seems to only really get upgrades when there's an OS update?
I saw a tweet joking that YouTube serves up the same ten videos to you, but it's really true. Same with YouTube Music wanting me to play the same handful of songs.
Recommendation engines are broken, and I have to wonder if they'll ever get fixed.
For the past eight months, I've been building an old-school, first-person dungeon crawler.
Every time I add something new, I wonder if anyone will actually play it when it’s done.

I don't understand why Batman: Arkham Origins is just totally ignored by WB.
Yeah, yeah, it was made by WB Games Montreal, but it's fantastic!
It absolutely deserves a modern re-release on consoles (it's on Steam, and Xbox via backwards compatibility, but disc-only)

One of my issues with FFXV was the existence of the Kingsglaive movie. It wasn’t included with the standard edition, so most people missed it. And the recap in-game was tiny. It was ill thought out.
Rechargable Double AA batteries are long-lasting, useful, and decently priced. My Xbox controller lasts for ages with them.
The PS5 controller loses heaps of charge if I so much as look at it.

That reminds me that I REALLY need to finish the last 4 or 5 Achievements in Fable 2. They involve dolls or watching another player do XYZ, so they eluded me when I had a 360.

Sims 4 updates - just the process of updating - are the only things that bring my Windows 11 machine to an absolute crawl. It makes no sense that it just takes all of the CPU, RAM, and SSD for itself. :/

BT Games in Canal Walk has closed down (a month ago, but I only found out now).
That was the last branch in Cape Town.
The loss - or extreme slowdown - of physical gaming media is terrible.
I love Final Fantasy VII Remake (and Intergrade), so this is going to sound weird...
...but I just can't play it again. I really, REALLY want to, so that I can snag all of the achievements. But the thought of doing so is just really unappealing.
I don't know why.
