WE’RE HIRING — OPERATIONS & GROWTH MANAGER Jaye is looking for an experienced Operations & Growth Manager to join our growing team in Lagos. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to keep operations running efficiently while identifying and executing opportunities that drive business growth. What You’ll Do • Oversee and coordinate Jaye’s day-to-day operations. • Support the growth of our driver, rider and customer base. • Develop and execute initiatives that improve acquisition, engagement and retention. • Build and manage partnerships that create value for Jaye. • Monitor key operational and growth metrics and use insights to improve performance. • Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions. • Work closely with the marketing, community and product teams on growth initiatives. • Support campaigns, activations and business development activities. • Collect and communicate feedback from drivers, riders and customers to improve the overall Jaye experience. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in operations, growth, business development, mobility, logistics, technology or a related field. • Strong understanding of business operations and growth strategies. • Experience managing projects, partnerships or teams. • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organisational and execution skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Startup or mobility experience is an added advantage. • Must be based in Lagos. Compensation ₦450,000 – ₦650,000 monthly, depending on experience and capabilities. Interested?
