Two thirds of drafted wide receivers never post a single 80 target season...Not ONE of them was ever fantasy relevant. Round 1 WRs: 1.746 points per target (PPR) Day 3 WRs: 1.703 The talent gap you think you're drafting isn't there. The ACCESS gap is everything. Earn snaps. Earn targets. Earn fantasy relevance. Check out my newest article on The Lab @TheLab_FBB It mirrors my running back article from a few weeks ago, but you'll read why it's a completely different story for receivers. Come see why 80 targets is a door that wide receivers MUST get through to find any success in the NFL, and especially for your fantasy teams. I dive deep into that data, and more, and tell you exactly who's worth drafting, and who's worth leaving behind. Check it out!⬇️ getinsidethelab.com/the-two-…

Loved answering all the Start/Sit Questions today!! For those I didn't get to, I'm so sorry! Every week I'll answer as many as I can, but don't forget to check out the Start/Sit tool on my website! You can compare player projections, as well as their floors and ceilings!👇 thedeltaduo.com/start-sit

I may not have a chance to get to everyone's start/sits but I will do my best! Check out my start sit tool in case I don't get to yours, it has all the data I'm using to make my decisions! thedeltaduo.com/start-sit
Time for start/sit questions that I’ll answer in 3 parts: 1. Who’s the simple start, best projection 2. Who has the highest ceiling, for if you need a massive game 3. Who has the best floor, for if you need to avoid a zero We model each, so send your questions!

Week 6 TE Starts/Sits🧵 Starts: ✅ Tyler Higbee - TE8 in PPR. Highest implied point total and Arizona is the worst against the pass. This is opportunity abundance. ✅ Colston Loveland - I can't believe I'm saying this...and I can't believe it feels weird to say this. But yes start him this week. High implied point total, Caleb is back, 42% shot at Top-12 week. He's my TE9 in PPR. ✅ Brenton Strange - The Jags own London. He gets a good target share for a TE and the matchup is good.

Sits: ❌Michael Mayer - He's had some great weeks even with Bowers back, but this is not one to start him in. TE18 in PPR, find other options. ❌Pat Freiermuth - He was already projected low before the injury popping up late. Projected less targets than his average, avoid him here. ❌Dallas Goedert - TE17 this week in PPR. This matchup has been moving in the Panthers favor more every day. Low implied point total. Avoid.

Week 6 WR Start/Sits🧵 Starts: ✅ Golden & Watson - By now this feels obvious. Golden is my WR6, Watson my WR10. 4th highest implied points total, both projected between 7-8 targets. Love them both ✅ Josh Downs - Goes along with my Jones start. He has the targets and a big ceiling this week. He’s my WR21 and safer than his points projection reads ✅ DK Metcalf - This one feels gross but he gets a pretty good target share in a favorable matchup. WR22 in PPR

Sits: ❌ Romeo Doubs - Matchup feels favorable but he just doesn’t get enough targets. Only projected 4.7 tgts in this game. Only a good start if he scores, and TDs aren’t well predicted in fantasy. WR43 this week. ❌ QJ & Ladd - Chargers have the 5th lowest implied points total. Both are projected only 4-5 targets. Just avoid until the Chargers can show us an offensive spark

Week 6 RB Start/Sits🧵 Starts: ✅ Rhamondre Stevenson - Henderson is out and Pats have a 25.5 implied point total. He’ll get carries and his floor is high. This is a safe start. ✅ Bucky Irving - I know the Bucs are struggling a bit but his usage is fantastic. He’s gonna get the carries. Usage is the best bet you can make. RB14 this week. ✅ Tony Pollard - Rough team, tons of usage. You know the drill. The Colts are a good team to run against. RB18 with a high ceiling.

Sits: ❌ Kendre Miller - Last week looked good but his mediocre usage was propped up by a TD. It isn’t worth it. RB31 in PPR, but he does have a decent ceiling. I’d only start over a comparable player with a low ceiling. ❌ Blake Corum - Another exciting week 5 play, but week 5 was an anomaly. They have the highest implied point total this week but his usage is incredibly low. He needs carries he just won’t get

Week 6 QB Start/Sits🧵 Starts: ✅ Jordan Love - He’s my QB5 this week. Matchup is fantastic, Packers have 4th highest implied points total. Lots of passing projected ✅ Dak Prescott - This matchup is just fantastic. High implied point total, lots of passing projected. QB6 in this week ✅ Daniel Jones - 6th highest implied point total. Lots of projected attempts. QB7 in model. Start him.

Sits: ❌ Justin Herbert - This is a lost cause until further notice. Just avoid him for now. ❌ Bryce Young - He’s been on fire lately, but this week the implied point total and usage projection is just too low. He’s QB25 in 4 pt TD. Wait out this week

Thursday Night Football Starts/Sits: Outside of JSN we are looking at a few flex starts and of course sits… Flex Appeal: ☑️ Jaylen Waddle - WR29 in my PPR model this week. Projected 11 pts, with a range of 5-22. 18% shot of top-12 week. Low implied point total limits him here ☑️ JK Dobbins - RB26 in my model this week. Projected 13.7 carries, slightly above his average. Has opportunity but nothing crazy ☑️ Emanuel Wilson - RB27 in model. Projected 13.5 carries, slightly below average but range of points 4-20 so he has a higher ceiling.

I should be clear that you don’t want to start these guys in your flex spot on a Thursday, start them in your positional spots, it’s just that their prediction this week is more of a flex value

I feel the same way. But he’s sitting squarely in my sell candidate box on the targets vs points chart…he is getting more points than his targets would imply, that can’t last forever. It’s a good time to sell him if you can get someone with more volume, as much as it hurts
My head understands the logic in what @dwainmcfarland is saying but my heart doesn’t want to hear it.

Sits: ❌ Bo Nix - QB17 in 4pt and QB18 in 6 pt TD. Projected at the low end of his range this week, and with a low implied point total his ceiling is lower. ❌ All Seattle WRs not JSN. Most of targets go to JSN. No one got above WR51 in projection this week
