I’ll be there. But don’t let that stop you from attending.
🇺🇸LUNCH MEETUP ALERT🇺🇸
@TrentMano and I have invited Makaya Caters, Utah's own Haitian food truck, to do lunch this Friday from 12-2 at Kiln in Lehi. Come hang and buy some food, and let's show some love to the Haitian community 🇺🇸🤝🇭🇹
Please RSVP here: lu.ma/1kz1ofup?tk=gD4XNj

With racist and xenophobic slurs against Haitians and other immigrants, Trump and Vance remind us what it's like to have Trump in charge: galloping from one disgraceful scene to the next, targeting the downtrodden, appealing to the worst in us, creating crises, and wasting time.
I'm pretty technically inclined (for a designer), but one of the blockers for me getting into the codebase is dealing with dev environment errors. @cursor_ai removes most of that blocker for me and usually gives me the command I need to run to fix dependency problems.
One weird trick I've found to be effective when designing prototypes: use characters from movies or tv shows that are representative of the use case you're building for.
Helps stakeholders quickly grasp context. And way more fun than a boring spiel about a contrived persona.
OH at the park at almost 10pm: “He’s over there you gosh darn poopy person!!”

Apple Music does this weird thing when listening to a station where it plays very popular songs - but from some random compilation rather than the album 🤨
The figma plugin I've been wanting!
It's kind of unbelievable how much time I spend coming up with dummy content.
The plugin is now LIVE and available to use in @figma! 🚀🚀🚀
Search "Content Generator AI" in the plugin panel, or visit the following link.
Try it out, let me know how it works for you, and leave a comment!

Made it LI official - so I'll mention it here for the dozen of you that read this...
I left MX last month to join the founding team of a new startup, called Athletify! I'm excited to be building from the ground-up again.
Might post about work more. But probably not.
Mobbin is an insanely good resource. I can’t imagine working without it now. Gathering and cataloging screenshots is super time consuming.
Worth every penny.
If you’re looking for design inspirations and ui/ux patterns, Mobbin is the best resource out there: mobbin.com
Fun fact: I posted this on PH after @jiholimm emailed me back in 2018 and now they’re a big team in Singapore. They’ve come a long way and they just launched a new site!
