Actively scaling.
You can force yourself to win. Fast too.

I've seen inside 40+ brand and agency operations and almost NOBODY does these things:
(The ones that do are literally top tier brands and agencies when it comes to creative strategy efficiency.)
It's extremely important for creative strategists and brands to have...
→ monthly roadmap
→ component tracker
→ infinite angle chart
→ brainstorm swipe
→ client facts
→ creative strategist briefs
→ editor briefs
Without these you can't utilize AI nearly enough.
AI is great at helping you include/remember each component you planned on using before the month started.
It's best to use it for organizing and setup.
YOU should be doing the thinking and prioritizing based on doing every important step manually.
Research, analysis, angles, hooks, formats, etc should be from YOU, and AI should only be used to back it up with data collection.
