I’m Emeka. I build enterprise solutions with ServiceNow and AI, which mostly means convincing complicated systems to behave. This is where I share what I’m building, what I’m learning and what breaks along the way. Expect practical ServiceNow lessons, honest thoughts on AI and enterprise architecture, career experiences and the occasional expensive tech regret. I don’t have everything figured out, and I’m not interested in pretending that I do. I’m here to document the work, exchange ideas and make a few difficult things easier to understand. If you’re building, learning or occasionally arguing with enterprise software, you’ll probably feel at home here.

The professional who treats their one-to-one with their manager as a casual catch up is missing the most structured career development opportunity available to them on a recurring basis. Always come with an agenda.

AI makes requirements look finished faster than ever. The risk is that nobody reviews them like drafts. Speed is easy now. Knowing what to trust is the BA skill. AI drafts. The BA decides.

Pushing for data sovereignty in Nigeria without first addressing the reality of less than 4000MW for 240 million people is not possible. Requiring local database hosting simply isn't feasible without the fundamental infrastructure to support it.
