claude code basically runs my repo now, i just review and press enter... here's why: almost all of it is free config you set up once on day 1. here's my whole setup and what it costs: required (ships with claude code) > memory → CLAUDE.md > models → opusplan (opus plans, sonnet builds) > search → haiku subagents for every file lookup > review → a critic subagent before every merge > safety → permissions in settings.json > undo → plan mode + /rewind > context → /clear between unrelated tasks optional (add when you need it) > automation → hooks that format on every write > repeatable → skills for the prompts you retype > parallel → git worktrees > research → /deep-research > escalation → an opus advisor when you're stuck > scheduling → /schedule routines the only thing on this list you need to pay for is your claude plan. everything else is included with claude code.

Replying to @leerob
@leerob's talk on how always-on agents like Grok bot work is world class. I went deep on it and wrote an article covering the systems engineering, plus my best guesses where the talk leaves gaps. Watch the talk. Then read this.

TED KOPPEL: You have a taste for the right-wing. BANNON: I am right-wing. I'm not conservative. I'm a right-winger and proud of it. --I think it means that you're both populist and nationalistic. the politics of the future for the country was gonna be populist. It was gonna be either populist left or the populist right. I think that's the next wave of this, is you're gonna have Mamdani's and Mangione's are gonna be the result. You're gonna have a Democratic socialist working families party, far left, what we call the Marxist jihadist, or you're gonna have parties on the right that are much more populist than we are today and much more nationalistic. @CBSSunday

Not quite sure why the Rays took Caminero out of position to cover 3B with 2 outs & a 1-2 count on Adell. If they are going to throw at all it is probably better to throw to 2B since Ramiez is a plus runner & DeLauter is below. Also it doesn’t take Williamson out of position to cover 2B. Ramirez is most likely running on his own & DeLauter is not running. Usually the runner on 2B has a subtle signal for the runner on 1B that he is running so he can break when the runner on 2B breaks. Aranda was far enough in the 4 hole that DeLauter would have been safe at 2B. As it turned out he was able to score anyway.

EQUITY? Indiana Democrats nominated a woman with a mental disability to run against Republican Gary R. Keener Jr. for Fayette County Council. Jamie West delivers groceries for a living. During last week's candidate forum, she disclosed that she had a gun and would use it against Republicans. She may have been under the influence during the forum as well...

All those who celebrated the raid of Mar-a-Lago don’t get to cry over the raid at Ilhan Omar’s home. Trump‘s political enemy raided his home. Democrats set the precedent.
The Trump administration just raided the home of Congresswoman Ilhan Omar. It is disturbing that they are targeting political opponents in this way. Any decent American needs to stand up and speak out.

And this is the proof that the political bullshit is all totally intentional. If they can write hilarious stuff like this, it proves that they’re not just dumb - this is intentional.

I'm 100% convinced Omarchy will be bigger than both Windows and Mac in the next 18 months Once you go open source, it's impossible to go back When you get the taste of what it's like to use an AI operating system you have 100% complete control over, your life changes I've totally customized everything From the way the windows resize, to integrating my todo list, note taking, calendar, and email directly into the OS. To building and launching multiple plugins. It's 100% mine AI has completely unhobbled open source and it will obviously kill off closed source. You realize this within 5 minutes of using Omarchy You realize after years of being a slave to Windows bloatware/copilot/ads in their OS you don't HAVE to tolerate it anymore. You now have full control of your OS Before, open source didn't matter to most people because most people couldn't read or write code But now with AI agents, there is no barrier. ANYONE can write code. Meaning you can change any part of the product you don't like That makes open source 10000x more important, because now people can personalize open source products any way they want Openclaw and Hermes opened my eyes to this. And now Omarchy has me wide awake. This is the future. EVERYTHING being open source. EVERYTHING being customized to YOU. Do yourself a favor and follow these steps: 1. Find any old computer you have that you're not using anymore. Can be your crap Lenovo from college (You DON'T need to buy a new computer for this) 2. Grab a USB drive. Plug it into your daily driver computer 3. Ask an agent on that computer to flash it with Omarchy so you can install it on your other computer 4. Then ask your agent to walk you through installing it on your old computer 5. Do those steps. Within 5 minutes you'll be using a new operating system that will change how you think about computers Thank me later

Ronald got extremely unlucky that he did it on the one pitch that was borderline, called a ball, then Contreras froze to debate challenging so he didn't lob it back like he had been. Extremely unfortunate.
Acuña was looking to take advantage of Contreras' high-arcing throws back to the pitcher. He was ready for it.

Sofia Karstens: Candidates and elected officials at the state and federal levels have demonstrable links to the CCP, terrorist organizations, CAIR, and the DSA, especially in certain key states. This is a hostile takeover. The problem people are afraid to talk about is that the communists (DSA) have joined forces with jihadists. This will lead to the islamification and communist takeover of this country and the obliteration of our way of life. @SofiaJLondon

STEVE BANNON: The problem we've got is that we have too big a deficit, we have too much spending, too little revenue, and you can't have $40 trillion in debt and keep adding two trillion a year when you have to refinance, because a lot of it's financed short. You have to refinance one-third of it. It just doesn't work. Crowds out capital. Interest rates are exploding. As we said, the world is getting ready for a... 300 trillion in debt, roughly, everywhere, getting ready for the world's largest margin call.

KANE: You talk about how it took us 200 years to get to $1 trillion. I got radicalized right when we were at about $ 2 trillion. That's the only issue, because it's the only existential issue. You've tried to make the point to people, look, we have the world's reserve currency, which sort of protects us from a total bond vigilante blowup. Would you have ever thought, brother, that we could make it to 40 trillion on the national debt and 1.2 trillion a year in interest without the bond blowup already having happened? @CitizenFreePres

KANE: You remember the Penny-Kasich Bill? -- There was a national discussion actually about debt and deficit issues back when the number was so tiny. The Penny-Kasich bill, which would've required a 5% cut in budgets until we reached a balance, and it came within one vote of passing the House, and I believe Warren Rudman had already gotten it through the Senate. That was early '90s, mid '90s. So amazing, is we've had these national conversations when the number was so much smaller. -- Now we're at 40 trillion and nobody's freaking talking about it except you.
