Absolutely heartbreaking scene at table next to me in the pub right now. Mother and father, probably early 30s and their son, about 5. Son: “mummy, look at this. Mummy look at this”. Mummy hasn’t looked up once from watching TikTok. Earphones in. No acknowledgment at all for past 30 minutes. Father looks up from phone occasionally. A totally typical scene played out across the country.

I really wish all the people who are calling out Labour for lies did the same when Tories lied over and over. Where’s our 40 new hospitals, or HS2, or food being cheaper after Brexit… I could go on forever about Tory lies but there we are.

I've not seen a lot of Owen Watkin and Joe Roberts this season but I have seen a lot of Max Llewellyn. He's been one of the best 13s in the Gallagher Prem this season. Just the 10 try involvements, 3rd best in Europe. How he can't get into THIS Wales squad is madness.
