Pretty cool to just be in the conversation. I was lucky I had such great coaches and players that made me look good #westernmichiganfootball

Truly honored and humbled to receive the Keystone meritorious achievement award @WMUCEHD the place that shaped so much of who I am! @WesternMichU So special so many of my family, friends, colleagues, coaches, players, teachers, and professors came to support me. This really belongs to all of them for their belief, support, and push to get through @WMUBroncos @wmualumni @WMU_Football

My baby girl’s first football camp and got lucky to have ⁦@CoachHill1⁩ teaching. Proud pops

If you’re out west near Utah and want to learn not only from me but a couple Current and former NFL players sign up there’s a few spots left still.

I’m super humbled that I was able to coach such great players and have the ability to teach, learn, and grow in my first year in the CFL. These guys made it easy for me along with the entire Linebacker group. It was a pleasure to serve and work together. Big things ahead for them. @nylesmorgan_5 @neezy.a_ Going 7-4 since I was hired @geroysimon was amazing. thanks to all the coaches, staff, players, and Elks organization for an unforgettable experience. #AlphaLBs #WeAreLBs #Grind&Grow #CFL

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for having me as the keynote speaker at the OK Red All Conference event at Hudsonville High School! 🌟 It was an honor to share my journey with such amazing athletes and future leaders. A special shoutout to Bill Kennedy and David Emeott for the invite and making this event possible. Your support for student-athletes is inspiring! Also my #1 since Day 1 my mom ❤️ Grateful for the experience and excited to see what the future holds for these talented individuals! #OKRed #FutureLeaders

🔥 Great team Win! Super proud of these 2. Humbled to be a part of this historic moment(2nd team in CFL history to have 2 players surpass 100 tackles). Blessed to not only be able to coach with the best staff in the CFL, the best LB core in the league, and the top 2 LBs in the league! 🇨🇦💯💶💪🏾🔥 #EdmontonElks #CFL #EliteLBs

Let’s go! Great honor 🏆 my guy @CoachKlund now an elite DB coach 🔥

It’s important to understand everyone is motivated differently. Leaders Communicate information appropriately. Have an open mind and try not to be defensive. Everyone no matter their status, title, or stage of life should be Coachable #Leadership #Feedback #GrowthMindset

after earning player of the game with 2 Picks @NickAnderson14_ Discussing the Importance of practice and the looks you receive from the developmental/scout players. In addition, the noteworthiness of taking in game coaching and adjustments. It’s common for Offenses to come back to things that worked from earlier and you either adjust or make the same mistake. True leadership is ownership and acknowledgment of a mistake and then learning and growing from it🫡 then giving credit to everyone other than himself! Young athletes take lessons. Great player and role model 👏🏽🥹 #beyondproud
