Best character out. Jamaican old dude. Chess pieces everywhere. High skill ceiling, a reason for me to purchase magic carpet, has a support ability, does damage if you’re coordinated, fuck everyone’s else’s game up.
Solomon is the coolest hero to be added yet:
♟️Setup Bishop: Create & move a Bishop dealing spirit damage and activating squares that damage enemies that step on them.
🐴 Kingside Knight: Promote an ally to a Knight, granting bonus stamina and a barrier. Self cast to become a King, only gaining a barrier. Moving the Knight makes that hero briefly invulnerable.
♟️Rook Battery: Release a pair of Rooks that travel forward, immobilizing and dealing spirit damage.
👑 Develop Queen: Summon a Queen that crashes down, stunning and dealing spirit damage. Can be moved to crash down again, after a short time.

Bro how? Before the update mechanics alone made it feel like a finished game, this last visual update makes it look polished. What the fuck else are they cookin up?! Fuck cosmetics. That’s just gonna attack my wallet. Game modes ehhh. It’ll be a queue cleanser.
I’ve been playing deadlock for about a year and some change now, and the new map has me feeling like I’m walking with new legs…. Like the muscle memory is gone but I love it, it’s beautiful. I will not be playing ranked though.
