الخبر ده متداول بشدة كأنه "تصريح" فعلي. حقيقة الامر انه كلام بحسب "مصدر" تحدث للشرق بلومبرج. تداوله بهذا الشكل يضعه ك مشروطية غير واقعية حيث انه لا يستند إلى نص رسمي من صندوق النقد اصلا والذي تحدث عن مجمل الاصلاحات الهيكلية. ده غير ان مبلغ ال RSF كله لسة في طور المراجعة الاولى!
