You guessed it… this week’s Messy Middle is about MARKETING!
- Ask for help! Speak to people with marketing experience and delegate if your budget allows. Don't burn yourself out trying to do everything.
- Build a recognizable brand. You're not just selling one show; you're helping audiences remember who you are.
For Tour Two, I'm taking all of that with me. We were lucky to meet so many of you on the first tour, and we want to keep that going.
