We can still play songs from the new album, right?
DeadBlondeStars@DeadBlondeStarsOct 18
OK, so the album won't be out at the end of the month as originally planned, BUT we are playing back-to-back shows over the Halloween weekend. Both free entry, Nottingham on 30th and Rotherham on 31st, and we'd love to see you there!

I've had to spend 20 minutes explaining the difference between "this week" and "last week" to someone on double my salary, in case you wondered how my week is going.

First @DeadBlondeStars festival date of the summer next weekend. It's a full hour set, so we'll be stretching our legs a bit with some brand new songs from the forthcoming album, and maybe even sneaking in a couple of old ones from way back!

If you want to know how hot it actually is, Gary Walker wore shorts to rehearsal tonight. I've played in bands with Gaz for 22 years and have never seen his legs until tonight. Happy to report that they exist. More news as we have it.

Very indifferent record shop in Falmouth. Rejected name ideas presumably included "Meh" and "Yeah, I Suppose".
