Somebody is actually going to jail this time.
A federal judge on Friday sentenced Christopher Harwood, 44, of Fort Lauderdale to 20 years in federal prison for a $46.2 million Medicare fraud scheme.
Harwood ran a telemedicine company called TelevisitMD that used telemarketers to push braces and genetic tests on seniors who didn't need them, then paid doctors to sign off on orders with no real patient relationship.
Medicare paid out $17.9 million on the false claims. Harwood pocketed more than $10.4 million himself.
He pleaded guilty back in March. Now he owes $17.9 million in restitution and forfeits the $10.4 million he stole.
You tell me. Is 20 years enough?

I don’t care what you think about Pete Hegseth; he has done more to identify and dismantle DEI and foreign based malign influence on our fighting force than any Secretary of War (Defense) in modern history.
I’ve said this numerous times: Pete Hegseth is a change agent.
His purpose was to come in and dismantle the processes that were eating away at our military, and in less than two years he has done a phenomenal job.
Our military isn’t perfect, but it is has improved by leaps and bounds in a very short amount of time in what matters most.
Our fighting force is once again focusing on lethality and merit over race, gender, or any other social constructs of woke ideologies.
This is the way.

WOW‼️ We knew it inherently. Sure wish these things were uncovered and proven faster. Please follow @DataRepublican and pay attention to what she is exposing now. 🤬
Ok, this is HUGE!
As bad as her lying about her role in the dustup over Hunter Biden's laptop is, Nikki Cole Floris was a Deputy Asst. Dir. in the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division. And that's impt b/c she was the lead for the FBI's election security operation to help secure the 2020 election.
However, instead of protecting our country's interests, as one would expect, Flores ran tip-of-the-spear operations as part of a "Shadow Government" (her words) to hide information about foreign involvement from the President of the United States.
This will only go thermonuclear from here.

I was never really into politics
I didn't want to be involved, I just wanted to live my life, watch my kids play and be left alone
But then you sorry PIECES of SHlT started tearing the fabric of the country that I love apart
You started sending men into the bathroom my daughter used and telling my kids men can be women
That's unacceptable
Now you motherfckers have called down the thunder and there are MILLIONS of patriots like me that are here for it!!

Two former senior FBI officials, Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides, were taken into custody today on charges of allegedly lying to Congress about their involvement in the FBI’s investigations into Hunter Biden.
The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into the since-dissolved FBI Foreign Influence Task Force.
Floris led the FITF as a Deputy Assistant Director from mid-2019 through mid-2022. Benavides was the FITF Section Chief from mid-2019 through the 2020 election. Both testified that the FITF was not involved in the Hunter Biden investigations. Documentary evidence, contemporaneous communications, and witness accounts contradict their testimony.
Floris is also on record privately claiming to be “running a shadow government” during the 2020 election in her role on the FITF.
Lying to Congress by senior FBI officials strikes at the heart of our system. No one is above the law.
The FBI has already dismantled the corrupt CR-15 squad that engaged in political weaponization targeting their opponents, including President Trump.
Thanks to @TheJusticeDept @FBIKansasCity and @USAttyPirro.

28-Foot Inflatable Pumpkin Blown Across Wyoming, WYDOT Tracks It for 63 Miles
DOUGLAS, Wyo. - Wyoming transportation officials spent several hours Thursday tracking a 28-foot inflatable Halloween pumpkin after strong winds ripped it from a commercial display and carried it across more than 60 miles of eastern Wyoming.
The pumpkin disappeared shortly after 10 a.m. when mounting straps failed during a strong wind gust.
It was spotted approximately 20 minutes later crossing a county road. By noon, WYDOT employees were receiving reports of the pumpkin moving south across open prairie. Several motorists later reported seeing the inflatable pumpkin cross Interstate 25. It crossed I-25 twice.
Wyoming Highway Patrol attempted to intercept the pumpkin during its second crossing but abandoned the effort after a wind gust lifted it over a fence. “It was moving faster than we expected,” one officer said.
Officials continued tracking the pumpkin through reports from motorists, ranchers and highway cameras. At one point it became lodged against a fence for approximately 17 minutes before freeing itself and continuing south. WYDOT estimates the pumpkin traveled at least 63 miles.
Shortly after 4 p.m., Wyoming officials lost visual contact with it near the state line. At approximately 4:15 p.m., authorities in Colorado reported seeing a very large inflatable pumpkin traveling south through an open field. Wyoming officials have closed the incident. It belongs to Colorado now. 🎃

I got a fantastic report, y’all!
The first time I went to my cardiologist, my resting heart rate was 140. Today, 74.
All of my tests from the ER were good - except for one abnormal finding in my cardiac panel.
No heart attack. No damage.
The cardiologist explained how stress hormones work and what they do to your heart. He demanded that I calm my ass down before I do have a heart attack.
Otherwise, I’m a healthy a girl. ❤️

We heard your speech. That's not what you said. You said freshly graduated kids should be scared of working in conservative politics because you and your friends would consider prosecuting them if you regain power.
You're not the victim here.
I have been clear for some time on where I stand on prosecuting corruption and illegal acts.
In a speech a few weeks ago, I said we need to hold accountable the people and institutions who stole billions of our taxpayer dollars and weaponized the government against its people. And we need a list of signature cases that go after some of the most obvious and harmful abuses of taxpayer dollars.
If Kristi Noem steered $200 million in taxpayer dollars to a friend's company to make her TV ads, as GOP sources suggest, she should be held accountable.
If Doug Burgum gave a $13 million no-bid contract for the reflecting pool, he should be held accountable.
And if Jeanine Pirro used the Department of Justice to go after the president's enemies without any legal basis, she should lose her law license, in line with the law.
