🧵EMPATHS & THE EMPATH SPECTRUM
Most people are thoroughly confused and downright ignorant when it comes to understanding what Empaths are.
And many of those people are Empaths themselves, confused into thinking something is wrong with them, when nothing can be further from The Truth.
Empaths get diagnosed with the rainbow of mental disorders from ADHD, to autism, dealing with depression and anxiety—and it’s all wrong.
Then there’s those like me who are Psychic Physical Empaths, we get misdiagnosed with things like Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Pain, and hormonal disorders, etc. (along with ADHD)
Not only can we feel emotions and mental distortions as our own, like other Empaths, but Empaths like me feel in our bodies exactly what others feel in their bodies exactly how they feel it.
I will say that again, I feel in my bod EXACTLY wha others feel in theirs, and it compounds.
That cannot be differed to a personality. That’s real-deal energetic attunement on a physical basis.
Creating a chronic, exhausting, painful experience that only gets worse or very slightly better at times, but never gets “normal.”
Not until we understand what we are and how it all works, and then it’s a super power.

The Phoenix is in a very hot, ancient ethereal bath. Water is essential to the rebirthing process. Fire is too. When incarnate, you can only get so close to the flames, so we heat water with fire.
You may be surprised to know I’m a triple water sign. My Divine Design is anchored in the spiritual, crystalline, mystical, and aesthetic waters of creation.
If you intend to elevate your consciousness, vibration, and frequency (all different, BTW), manifest abundance—or at least a better, easier, clearer timeline with less fuckery from those close to you or nearby—and gain clearer connectivity to your Divine Counterparts, then take hot baths often.
Use various salts and oil infusions. Add the same set of crystals each time. Keep making the water hotter as guided to build heat tolerance.
That’s how I learned. I was told to do this. I didn’t want hot water; I needed it, and my body didn’t like it at first. I got used to it over many months.
You will too. With elevated vibration, you can handle hotter temps more easily. It won’t burn you or make you pass out, even for extended periods.
I turn my hot water heater all the way up and get in without adding cold water until I need to. This isn’t ego. It’s about healing and liberating the body from energy that needs to go. The hotter the better.
We’re 98.6. We can take very hot.
It’s exponentially better than cold baths. Heat and fire help the body open. Cold water makes the body lock down and think it’s dying. The euphoria is fake—it’s just the body happy it was saved from the frozen lake it keeps falling into.
But do you. Whatever floats your boat. You don’t have to listen to little ole me. Who am I anyway?

REALITY is reshaping on the individual level. How people PERCEIVE themselves and everything around them.

From the micro to the macro.
TRUTH HAS BEEN AT THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING.
Since then, there’s been a surge in TRUTH SEEKING that has been a theme since at least 3-4 years BEFORE COVID (Me Too).
It just got much more intense since COVID.
This is about the status quo not working anymore.
People needing MORE TRUTH, more AUTHENTICITY, more MEANING, PURPOSE and DEPTH in their lives.
LEARNING that blindly TRUSTING those with power and giving THEIR SOVEREIGNTY away isn’t an option anymore.
Wanting their lives to be POSITIVE, their world to MAKE SENSE.
Changing how they PARTICIPATE & what they CONTRIBUTE.
Understanding that it’s up to the individual to SHIFT their FOCUS AND INTENT and not rely on other people or systems, or MATERIAL THINGS to deliver HAPPINESS and PURPOSE.
THAT DARK FORCES TRULY EXIST IN MANY FORMS.
THAT FEAR IS A WEAPON OF DESTRUCTION.
FOR MANY this turned into a FULL BLOWN AWAKENING, HEALING. EVOLUTION.
Some know it to be a SPIRITUAL AWAKENING.
Many have realized that the MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL, ENERGETIC & SPIRITUAL experiences they have and feel are NOT AT ALL what they were told they were.
MORE IS HAPPENING THAN CAN BE SEEN.
More and more people are understanding that ENERGY AND THE UNSEEN OF BOTH POSITIVE & NEGATIVE FORCES AFFECT OUR REALITY, and what they experience is REAL, but not conventionally EXPLAINED.
As a spiritual guide, healer, etc., I was already working with people for several years on all of these things before COVID, but it massively shifted afterwards, and only more every year.
This isn’t a bad thing, this is humanity EVOLVING and REBIRTHING.
CONFUSION, DEPRESSION, ISOLATION, and experiencing a lot of UNEXPLAINED phenomena, MYSTICAL and SPIRITUAL experiences are part of it.
Wanting to be healthier, happier and more CREATIONAL.
Giving up and leaving behind the people, places, and things that ARE NO LONGER in alignment.
Going through a big event like an illness (not necessarily Covid) and finding it is the way to DEEP HEALING and major CATALYST moments are part of it.
But doesn’t have to be. Just being in the mix will set it off. The SEEKING & SEARCHING for ALTERNATIVE ANSWERS.
Because the stories that WE THOUGHT WE KNEW to be true about WHAT REALITY IS, and how it operates ARE NOT TRUE.
The bottom line is that humanity is EVOLVING towards a TRUTH BASED system of ABUNDANCE, and rejecting the long established systems of FEAR, FALSE STORIES, MANIPULATION AND CONTROL.
