The average high school head football coach stipend is around $7,000. Fluctuating heavily
For that, they’re expected to coach year-round, run a program, mentor kids, manage parents, recruit their own halls, fundraise, break down film, coordinate staffs, and be available almost 24/7.
Football coaches are grossly underpaid for what we ask of them.

Herm Edwards: “You can never cheat the game of football... there’s more preparation in this sport than any sport... You practice more than you play.
This is a game where the practice, the preparation, is bigger than the game.
And ya can’t cheat it.”

I believe in training as a team. It’s where brotherhood is built.
There is a dark place you have to go to in training that can only be achieved with your brothers you pushing you past your limits.
Gold’s Gym with your headphones on just ain’t the same.
