In a totally empty late night plane, a @SouthwestAir flight attendant just refused to let me sit anywhere except the row where my ticket is, and where someone inexplicably bought the middle seat. As an 80+ segment a year business flyer, you’d better fix this nonsense SWA.
There have been a ton of tweets out there about the disastrous rollout of assigned seating at @SouthwestAir. Clusters of empty seats and jamming people unnecessarily. Overheads are a disaster. But the worst part for me is ruining the flexibility of travel for A List Preferred.
I am stuck in a horrible seat right now on a flight from Las Vegas. When travel plans change, who wants to be middle seat in the back of the plane? Totally devalued status holders on my most valued feature
