That is how a proper pregame talk looks like... it is to late to talk tactics, tell people what to do, where to go.
This is the moment to fire up everyone, inspire the team. This is where all the differences, any bad moments outside of CS does not matter. When you join the server you ride together and die together.
Many forget these things. Some join for their own fame, some join because they must, some think that his teammates suck. When you join CS as a Team, you better go full trust mode or u will crumble.
Awesome vid, love the emotions, been there, done that and I have the utmost respect Casper for how much heart he is showing. You can't learn that, you either have it or not.
Seeing the reaction of the guys around also shows that these guys have huge respect for Casper.
