Such a brilliant day directing the @JstoManc choir and see all their hard work put on its feet! I am in awe of their courage, commitment and passion for the show and I cannot wait to see them blow the roof off the @hopemilltheatr1! @Mr_James_Baker is going to be a very happy man!

Tonight we had some big lightbulb moments when actors realised their body is a mass of cells which possess emotional memory... And that the brain isn't needed to feel, ever!! A fist Vs a palm = Life vs. Death! If only you hand yourself over to Ekman's universal expressions!

I’m really enjoying these sessions at The A Space! I’m learning a lot about myself as well as acting! 🙌🏼

Tonight was about technique! We explored the skill of listening. The students soon realised that listening demands focus which quickly equals exhaustion... finding the ability to breathe, remain focused and commit energy is a huge skill! Get involved theaspacemanchester@gmail.com

Fabulous stuff from @TheASpace tonight - encouraging and supportive room, really getting to the heart of technique as an actor. Individual focus from @Mr_James_Baker to help you find out what's important to YOU as an actor. Plus we learned that 1- 5 is not as easy as it sounds!

Technique! How vital it's technique! Vital! It's the means to work from the conscience to the subconscious as an actor... tonight we explore this idea! Want to join in theaspacemanchester@gmail.com RT
