Donations continue to be collected at several Broward County parks and libraries. Last day to drop off donations is Friday, August 14.
Residents who wish to help can donate:
🥫 Non-perishable food
🧴 Hygiene products
🍼 Baby supplies
🐾 Pet supplies
⛺ Disaster recovery items such as tents, sleeping bags, first aid kits, solar-powered lights, tarps, batteries and work gloves

🩺EKG Screenings Now Required for Student Athletes - Free Screenings Available in Weston
A new Florida law, the Second Chance Act, now requires student-athletes to complete an EKG before participating in Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) sports.
To help families meet this new requirement, Nicklaus Children's Hospital is offering free EKG screenings for children and adolescents ages 5 through 21 at its locations, including its Weston location, and at select back-to-school and community events.
