Accountability and guardrails in the ESA program at work!
Fraud = felonies and restitution
The @Rachel1Mitchell announced that Shawn Hantke, 55, has been indicted for forging receipts to collect money through his child’s ESA account.
The alleged theft began in December 2024, when @RealTomHorne automatically approved all ESA purchases less than $2,000.

Those living in the Phoenix area on the west side which is supposedly Red, who vote Republican and think all is well, think again. You have major problems in both Peoria and Deer Valley school districts. You need to get involved now, it's your communities' children who are at risk, whether you have kids in these districts or not.
While we are on the subject of the west side, try to get a construction permit in one of those "red" areas in a city that begins with a P and ends with an A. What a joy. Talk about top-down government. You may want to find out more about what is going on in your municipalities.
I'll say Tempe, for all its problems, is much easier to work with for construction permits.

BREAKING: New Gallup poll shows satisfaction with K-12 education just hit a record low.
67% of adults are DISSATISFIED with the education system.
That's 19 percentage points WORSE than in 2020.
People are waking up to the failing government school monopoly.

Update!! De-Flock Patriot was released from custody last night. When enough people stand together and take action…..we win. Government of, for and by the the People answers to the people. The cameras he removed had already been taken off contract but were still operating. He ensured that they were no longer collecting data roadside. Let this man be the example.

WOAH 🚨 Texas State Police purchased new vehicles that have surveillance systems that will READ YOUR PHONE as you’re driving down the highway
Phones will soon be monitored. “Texas State Police recently bought vehicles equipped with technology that can intercept mobile phone data”
The Texas Department of Public Safety approved an emergency $4,487,500 purchase of four 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicles loaded with Cognyte FalcoNet gear. Only $600,000 of that was for the trucks themselves. The rest bought the surveillance systems
Purchase order included:
- Four FalcoNet core systems: $2.85 million
- 5G perpetual licenses: $280,000
- Backpack-portable units so it can leave the vehicle
- Antenna kits, amplifiers and mounting hardware
Once connected, the system pulls identifying phone information like your IMSI, IMEI and location data. 3 system can be operational in about 3 minutes and process THOUSANDS of devices per minute
(Holy sh*t)
The surveillance state is expanding in America and Texas seeks to be leading the way
“I'm in Houston, the largest city in Texas, where authorities are quietly building a web of cameras, drones, sensors and AI systems”
- The cameras at some businesses like gas stations are required by law in Texas and police can request the footage
- Roads are getting a new AI traffic camera system
- Houston scrapped its old gunshot detection system after opposition, but it's approved a new one which can detect gunshots, cars screeching and glass breaking
- Drones are also being used. Police used them during the World Cup, but won't say how many they have now
“And is my phone being monitored? Texas State Police recently bought vehicles equipped with technology that can intercept mobile phone data… and the most controversial tool right now, Flock license plate readers. Officials here won't say how many they have or where they are, but there's at least 3,800 in the county alone”
The police vehicles equipped with this new surveillance system will look like ordinary state police Tahoes. Antennas are concealed behind a raised false roof

There's an alarming "trauma support" program being implemented in schools across the country and it's warping your children's minds.
If you're a parent and you haven't heard of "MTSS," you need to listen to this!

🚨 AZ Court of Appeals Court finds that Mayes broke the public records law.
Mayes has a troubling history of hiding things from the public. Just months ago the Court of Appeals determined she broke the public records law.
This week we learned that she did not disclose evidence in her report that supported charges in a pay-to-play scheme.
She needs to release all the depositions and interviews for the pay-to-play investigations.
End the lawlessness on November 3.

🚨 AZ CORRUPTION COVER UP
➡️ ALLEGED QUID PRO QUO SCHEME BY HOBBS DONOR
The CEO of one of Democrat Katie Hobbs’ biggest donors allegedly tried to quid pro quo the Director of AZDCS
Offered him help keeping his job under Hobbs if he gave them a rate increase!
He said “NO!” and Hobbs FIRED him.
The company is called Sunshine Residential. Google them. They’ve been under investigation for years alongside Katie Hobbs for alleged pay-to-play corruption. The CEO denied offering the quid pro quo; however, Faust is a highly respected public administrator with no known history of lying.
Democrat AG Kristin Mayes was supposed to be investigating this overt corruption — instead she gave Hobbs a free pass and said “nothing to see here”
Democrat Sec. of State Fontes? Completely silent on the corruption.
Democrats in the legislature?
Openly refuse to hold these corrupt elected officials accountable.
Elect Andy Biggs, Warren Petersen and Alexander Kolodin to end the corruption!

🧵Here are the Higley Governing Board SOSAZ candidates. It's strange that the area is said to be R+20, approximately, but the current board is majority liberal union. Do voters in Gilbert/Queen Creek know these two candidates are endorsed by an organization which brought alleged criminals into their community for political reasons?

Beautiful moment from Deer Valley vs Peoria.
Peoria painted a special decal at the 33-yard-line to honor Deer Valley junior Baxter Floyd, who passed away earlier this month. Peoria allowed Deer Valley to return the opening kickoff to the 33 before taking a knee.

I introduced 3 policies for a first read at last night's school board meeting. The first 2 are changes to provide clarity, consistency, and prevention for District related communications using professional channels in order to give employees a clear standard to follow to support the appropriate staff/student boundaries.
The third policy relates to technology use in the classroom to ensure that devices are used for clear instructional and academic purposes. The subsequent procedure defines the usage and time limits of digital learning by grades (see attached).
I worked with our Teaching and Learning Department so decisions were made based on data and research, while still supporting State Educational Standards and Computer Science Standards.
I started to work on this policy last month. Interestingly, on Aug. 20 the Federal Department of Education released a "Dear Colleague" letter that supports this policy position.
The second read of these policies and vote will occur at the next Board meeting on September 10.

🚨 Peoria Unified Residents: Do you want DEI back in the district?
The board will discuss changing or eliminating the No DEI policy passed just last year. President Jeff Tobey put it on the agenda per board member Melissa Ewing's request.
Peoria Unified School Board Meeting 📅 Thursday, 6:00 p.m.
📍6330 W Thunderbird Rd (District Office)
Please attend and speak in public comment to keep the policy.
It says schools should judge students and staff by merit, effort, and performance not by identity-first frameworks.
Show up. Fill out a speaker card early. Keep DEI out of PUSD.
