This September is Sepsis Awareness Month and I am joining with the @uksepsistrust to warn about the dangers of this life-threatening condition. Sepsis is where the body’s response to infection causes the immune system to go into overdrive. It can affect anyone, but fast action saves lives. A fantastic Charity Christmas Concert yesterday with a mix of songs old and new. African Noel was given its first outing. This year our chosen charity is @ParkinsonsUK . A massive thank you to @BrendaBlethyn @cmackinlay and everyone else that supported this annual event 🎅🎵🌲🪘
If you're in the area why not go along and support your local choir. Without an audience it's just another rehearsal
Spot on 👍 Where will the next generation of singers and performers come from if they don't get their first experience of the joy of music while they're at school?

This morning we went to the turtle hatchery where they rehabilitate injured sea turtles and turtle eggs before releasing them back into the ocean. A bit of relaxation now until our surfing lesson this afternoon. – at Sri Lanka
