One of the reasons why we need a new engine, the ancient 10+ ys engine stops them from doing basic tech things tbf
Hey everyone, I want to provide a quick update on the AMER Trials situation from this past weekend. After reviewing the situation with our team, we were unable to identify the player who unpaused the game without authorization. We’ve already implemented a fix that will help us identify those responsible in similar situations moving forward.
We sincerely apologize to @HannekoKitten for the impact this had on her event. This was a miss in our ability to effectively track this particular rule infraction to ensure the right person is held accountable, but we're going to learn and grow from this one.
My guess is their boss have a big plan at the end of this year and they want tft have the same surprise (like arcane last year) or delay for another year.
All the best for dev team
We’ve got work to do. Geoff shares some more detail around where we missed with TFT’s engine migration and what we’re prioritizing in the road ahead.

I got eliminated from the TFT trials at 24 pts after an 8th in game 2. I lost power mid-game and the game was paused at my request. Players then unpaused without admin clearance or my “r”, and kept playing while I was visibly disconnected.(1/2) @esportslaw @Frodan

🚀 Teamder supports Bronze for Life and Trait Ladder!
We also added a bunch of presets for each carry cost, making it easy for casual players to find solid boards without having to figure out how board strength works.
Finally, we reworked frontline evaluation. This was the hardest task - it's tricky to generalize who the main/sub tank (like Amumu and Sentinels in Aphelios comp) to build traits around them. Main tank costs don't always match the carry cost (like Nami + Ornn in Set 17, or Fast 9 comps running 4 cost frontline), which made defining standard frontline rules a real challenge. All solved now!

New Teamder Update
Dynamic emblem strength
To deliver real game experience, emblem value now dynamically scales based on your board, making every emblem situationally unique.
Optimize "no carry" searches
Previously, no carry mode checked every possible carry board, causing high server load and slowing down the site. We have excluded uncommon carry to make search speeds 40% faster.
No carry rules:
- Levels 5, 6, 7: Boards display instantly using pre-computed early-game combinations.
- Levels 8–10: Evaluates boards built around 4, and 5 cost main carries (meaning 5 cost main carries are excluded at Level 8, they still appear as 2nd carry).
No carry mode is designed to assist in 3+ emblem games and help new players learn how to build optimal boards.
Pro Tip: we recommend selecting a main carry when using Teamder. It significantly reduces search times and yields slightly better results.
Enjoy your weekend!
