C.J. Stroud has been one of the NFL's best stories this season. He's completed 65.3% of his passes for 1,714 yards, 9 TDs and just 1 INT, with a 100.9 passer rating.
Credit to #Texans OC Nick Caley, who has been pulling all the right levers and has dialed up a scheme that has Stroud playing fast, confident and in total command. A likely HC candidate in the offseason.

If Dr. Jesse isn't around to do this, it's on me to ask the tough questions like:
Is Mike Evans vaxxed???

The committee could very well have to evaluate an 11-1 Wake Forest team that absolutely passes the eye test but doesn’t have a ranked win. Good luck with that!

Marvin Harrison Jr. ran 9 routes & was targeted 4 times his first game with HOU.
His 3.78 YPRR was the 2nd-highest total in any game of his career.

This was one of Caley’s best play calls in his Texans career. Gotta give props
Texans wasted an entire month pretending they were a smash mouth football team but none of that matters if Nick Caley is leaning into a pass first identity and Nick Caserio is willing to get them the pieces they need.
Season feels totally different than 2 weeks ago.

Jaguars are going to absolutely dominate tomorrow.
5-1 for the first time since 1999. Who's gonna stop that, that 1-4 Texans? Yea ok buddy 😂
Your only win, which was close at half, was against arguably the worst NFL team of all time. The Titans are that bad this year.
This is probably atleast a Top 12 offense rest of season if C.J. Stroud continues to play like this and Nico Collins, Marvin Harrison Jr. and Jaylin Noel are on the field.
That’s more than enough to compete for a championship IF the defense can round back into form.
C.J. Stroud playing like a Top 8 quarterback and the season looks salvageable.
Get that defense back on schedule and the Texans can beat anyone. Great win in London!
The one thing that cannot happen now is Houston thinking they should lean into the run game with a lead.
Stay aggressive and move the sticks, you cannot burn clock if you’re not extending drives!
Side note: This looks a lot more like the Nick Caley we were hoping for this offseason.
Appreciate the shifts towards passing volume and leaning into Jaylin Noel. The unit looks phenomenal.
Starting to have that feeling again that magic can happen every time C.J. Stroud touches the football
