Today, we commemorate the 190th anniversary of the Battle of San Jacinto. General Sam Houston led Texian forces to a swift and decisive victory over General Santa Anna along the banks of the San Jacinto River. In just 18 minutes, the outcome of the Texas Revolution was sealed.
