I know this account is still fresh with basically no followers, so im probably shouting into the void here.
Iβm about to start my first blast in years. Iβve been cruising on 150mg of test for ages. Recently had my bloods done and theyβre in a great position for a blast.
First week of 300 test 100 primo done. Obviously nothing yet.
Not felt my best in the gym this week but still turned up.
The scale has jumped 2kg already (carbs).
One week into the bulk and already the increase in protein has me constipated. Been lacking on the fibre. Need to sort it out.
Steak

Pretty much all I eat.
You ever get those days were you feel like you could stay in the gym indefinitely? Fucking love those day.
A strange thing Iβve noticed is that since stopping Reta I have more doms after the gym. Could be that Iβm just training harder ie using the extra calories, but my numbers arenβt massively different just yet. Interesting. #peptides
Although I know heβs killing it, I canβt help but detest people like this
I genuinely feel for people like this. Genetics are a bitch (or terrible training and diet but Iβll give him the benefit of the doubt)
The more I speak to people the more I think just upping my test dose would be wiser. Iβm being told even low dose primo can crush your e2.
I thought this whilst using KPV. Am I not blunting something that my body needs for repair?
If you're taking KPV or VIP without fixing insulin resistance first, you're masking a symptom, not solving a problem.
Inflammation after training is something your body needs to repair and grow. Blunting that response with anti-inflammatories, including high-dose ibuprofen, has been shown to reduce muscle growth in young lifters. The inflammation worth worrying about is systemic, and it's driven by insulin resistance in almost everyone dealing with it. Fix that foundation and you won't need the peptide to cover for it.

Slept like a baby last night for the first time in weeks. Is it the CJC ipamorelin? Iβm not sure. But Iβll take it.
My sleep is fucking wrecked. I get asleep fine but wake up after 3 hours and then itβs every hour for the rest of the night. Getting bloods done today maybe thatβll shed some light. Could it be my TRT? Reta? My RHR is definitely up. Opinions? #peptides #biohacking
Do you need to take CJC + ipamorelin numerous times a day or is once before bed okay? #peptides
I donβt even know why I like nicotine pouches. They make me anxious and tired. Yet I put one in nearly every hour.
What was your first experience with steroids?
What would you do differently if you could do your first time round again?
Slept like shit again last night, I get to sleep fine but wake up nearly every hour. Think Iβm going to limit my caffeine and nicotine intake of an afternoon. Starting HGH this weekend too and hoping that helps somewhat.
