The absence of nurturing relationships can lead to psychological trauma which can have long-lasting consequences.
Our infographic tells the story of early childhood trauma and how we can prevent trauma and mitigate its impact.
The first of many @SouthamptonFC games for Lennox and I this season.
Big shout out to the steward for making Lennox feel extra special and treating him like a VIP. A great person going above and beyond! Hope this gets back to him and the club give him some recognition 👍🤩

Huge thanks to @TestlandsBS for sending us tickets for our lovely Yr 6 to go to St Mary’s stadium on Thursday to see a Women’s Euro’s match. The children were so excited!

Fantastic artwork, we love it! 🌟🎨 Well done Tommy! ❤️
Being creative in the woods at forest school painting pebbles with Tommy. He wanted to show his support for my upcoming fundraising challenge for @LHM_UK on Saturday. We also made a stone for @tinytickers with Tommy expertly mixing the paints to get the exact colour! 🎨 🌟🤩👏

#BikeToSchoolWeek motivating me to get back on the bike after months of absence. 70km in 4 days with today being my longest commute to spend the day playing games with inspiring Afghan refugee children & touring them around their new schools! Love watching our city pull together!
Had annual leave yesterday so took the time to dust off the stealth bomber in prep for #BikeToSchoolWeek. Feeling great after my commute this morning! Long may it continue!

Several debates about changing for PE, or coming in kit. Do the math! 20mins lost changing per week x 2 = 40mins - 40min x 39wks = 26hrs of PE learning time lost in year! Across primary school career = 156hrs! #makethechange
