Sleep Coach only got interesting to me after I connected Apple Health.
Before that, I could see the sleep score, but I still had to figure out what the number meant for tonight.
After the sync, I asked the chat about my night.
@sleepagotchi pulled from deep sleep, REM, HRV and resting heart rate, then used those numbers to give me a few things to try before bed.
That is a better use of the chat than just giving me another sleep summary.
The part I’m still checking is how much of the answer comes from my actual night and how much is the usual sleep advice.

the replay from Thursday got me thinking about one part of @BeldexCoin that I hadn’t looked at closely enough.
if agents are going to pay, message and interact on their own, a wallet address can’t be the only way we identify them.
that’s where the .bdx name makes sense.
instead of giving an agent a long string of letters and numbers, it can have a name people can actually recognise.
and it doesn’t sit separately from the rest of the Beldex setup. BDX handles the payments, BChat handles private messaging, and the .bdx name gives the agent a readable identity.
I’m still trying to picture what this looks like when agents start doing more on their own.
