Grok 4.6 is smart, super fast & affordable
Grok 4.6 just broke into the Top 3 on the Artificial Analysis Healthcare & Medical Index
Grok 4.6 (high) scores 50 - just ONE point off the top score of 51
It outperforms GPT-5.6 Sol, Kimi K3 and Gemini 3.7 Flash
This index measures how models actually handle healthcare and medical work:
• Medical and health knowledge
• Clinical reasoning
• Patient documentation
• Non-hallucination
• Agentic workflows
Healthcare is one of the highest-stakes domains you can test an AI on
And Grok is now competing at the very top of it
Grok 4.6 will work best with the Grok Build harness. The experience will be significantly worse without it, so best to evaluate using Build.

Changing a failing student’s grade not only happens in Tennessee, it happened to me in Toronto in 1990. I had newly arrived from Johannesburg and was working part-time as a research officer at a university. While waiting to take my exams to register as a dietitian, a colleague gave me the opportunity to teach nutrition two nights a week at a college. One student came to the first class, then the exam. She failed terribly. She then sued the college for discrimination against a young mother, so they had to pass her. I was shocked. You could never do this in South Africa. When they asked me to return to teach another semester I declined as I was not going to put up with their passing criteria. I understand this teacher’s resignation.
A Tennessee middle school teacher has resigned after accusing her district of pressuring her to change a failing student's grade.
Samira Hardcastle — the school's recent "Teacher of the Year" — says the dispute began when she failed a student for not completing an art project. After the student's parent complained, administrators allegedly ordered Hardcastle to alter the grade.
When she refused, administrators reportedly changed the grade themselves. Hardcastle submitted her resignation, ending her eight-year teaching career.

A new $290 million @Tesla Megapack battery energy storage system has officially been brought online in Poway, California by Arevon Energy.
At full capacity, it can discharge enough electricity to power up to 385,000 homes for 4 hours straight. This 300 MW/1,200 MWh battery facility is the US-based company’s largest standalone energy storage venture to date.
This battery system will add reliability and resilience to California's electrical grid. During times of peak energy generation, such as when power from solar or wind is in abundance, the batteries can be charged to capture excess generation. The batteries can then discharge this stored generation into the grid during peak demand.
This facility uses 329 Tesla Megapacks.

Next SpaceX earnings is going to be super interesting due to Grok Bot.
Wouldn't be surprised AT ALL if Grok Bot is generating a TON of new and sticky demand.
I've started shifting my workflows over to it from Hermes/OpenClaw/CC/Codex and I've been able to move ~80% of it successfully.
The only thing that CC/CODEX are better at is writing & web design for my workflows, but everything else works just as good if not better because of HOW FAST Grok is. This should get even better with Grok 4.7 & 5.

Just got this clip from a follower showing their @Tesla avoiding a collision recently on the highway while on FSD (Supervised) V14.
Here are all the angles. Self-Driving data at top:
