Your phone was tracking you and calling it a feature. Ken Paxton made them write a check. Google had to pay Texas $1.375 billion for tracking your location, your incognito searches, and your face. Meta paid this state $1.4 billion for grabbing biometric data without asking. One state. Billions. That's an attorney general who works for Texans, not Silicon Valley. Send him to the Senate.

I posted this excerpt from Fauci’s work diary a couple of days ago. It’s still baking my noodle how unhinged Fauci was in private. I think this single passage from his work notes reveals more about his psyche than most any other I’ve seen. This does not sound like a man who is okay— or confident about the advice he is giving the public. He removes the mask that he insists everyone else wears, and then says he was “forced” to do so because people were taking photos of him and eating and drinking. This makes no sense. It also reveals once more how people behaved one way for cameras and then quite differently in private. Masks were always a facade. Then he weirdly likens himself to Elvis Presley. Then he obsessively worries he’s caught Covid even though he’s multi-vaccinated and everyone around him was required to be. He admits that the vaccine is pointless in terms of infection and spread. And he is so fearful, he seems to acknowledge the vaccine will not ensure you have only a mild case, as he and other officials were claiming. Maybe he was seeing all the recommended measures fail, and it was hitting home. No way out from the box he’d painted himself into. So he writes how he laid awake and stared at the ceiling. So worried that he’d caught Covid. So odd.

Ken Paxton took the child rapist to trial and the jury wouldn’t convict. The child refused to go through with a trail again. Ken could have dropped it all, or got the guy to plea to something if anything. He did not drop it all. I’ve been practicing criminal defense for 12 years. This was not a loss for Ken. It was a salvage mission and he succeeded.

HIGH PRIORITY NEWS ALERT: I've just unearthed the old versions of Six Gender Jimmy Talarico's Twitter account. I had no idea that Six Gender Jimmy Talarico's old version Twitter account was so COLORFUL. Let me put it this way. The T in LGBT stands for Talarico. Six Gender Jimmy Talarico's old Twitter account shows he went all Islamic and extremely blasphemous in his ideology, rhetoric, anti-Christian bigotry and utter obsession with forcing transgenderism on kids. He was also keen on using four-letter profanity when promoting far-left Socialist legislation in Washington DC. But, Six Gender Jimmy Talarico was also sashaying for Planned Parenthood, Black Lives Matter and abandoning Texas and his job in the state legislature to avoid voting on legislation that didn't align with his far-left extremist political views. So that should count for something.

Fascinated question for American suburban homeowners 🏡 You work for twenty years. You save $100,000 for a down payment. You sign a 30-year mortgage and buy a slice of the American Dream: your own private castle. Then on Tuesday morning, Brenda—a 68-year-old retired woman with too much free time—walks onto your front lawn holding an actual wooden ruler. She kneels down. She measures a blade of grass. It is 2.8 inches. The community guideline is 2.5 inches. She writes you a $150 fine. Next week, you receive another notice: your garbage can remained on the curb until 6:15 PM, but the rule states it must be hidden by 6:00 PM. Fine: $75. You want to paint your front door blue? You must submit a 12-page petition to the Board of Elders, who will reject it because "it disrupts neighborhood harmony." You pay $400 a month in HOA fees for the privilege of being governed by a local dictator who treats your driveway like an authoritarian regime. Why did the nation that rebelled against King George over tea accept Brenda and her lawn ruler? 👑📏

Another crash in morning darkness. This was at 6am EDT. Dawn was 6:52am EDT. Sunrise was 7:17am EDT. 😔 If Florida had permanent Standard Time, dawn would’ve been 5:52am EST, sunrise would’ve been 6:17am EST; everyone would’ve had more light and likely more sleep. 🧡

🤬🤬😤My wife takes her 2023 RAV4 to the dealership for a recall service. This was for an airflow sensor After finishing they come out and tell her that her horn isn’t functioning and that it would be $145 to diagnose the issue + labor and parts to repair Mind you she knows for a fact that the horn worked this morning The techs specifically said “we checked all the connections and so it’s not that” I told her to decline and bring it home Mind you this is so unlikely to be anything other than a fuse or the fact that they unplugged it and forgot to plug it back in or worse, straight up scamming After testing the fuse and the relay, as well as the clock spring, I take the radiator cover off to inspect the plugs at the horn and what do you know both horns are unplugged The airflow sensor is nowhere near these plugs so there’s zero chance these were taken off as part of the job not to mention they said they “checked the plugs” It’s also impossible they both happen to vibrate loose @Toyota I buy a brand new car from you and this is how you treat us?? This was at Toyota of Santa Cruz Stealership @SantaC_Toyota

Guess somebody forgot to check the calendar when they set up the flu ruse. According to the Dallas Morning News, Talarico’s own campaign says he was diagnosed at a Dallas urgent care the night of September 28, too contagious to face Texans. Small problem. He had two back to back New York fundraisers on his own invitations. Monday, September 28, 7:00 pm, downtown Manhattan, with Robert De Niro. Tuesday, September 29, 5:30 pm, Greenwich Village. Texas Scorecard asked the campaign about that second fundraiser. No answer. The Daily Wire asked about the canceled Texas events. No answer. Nobody has explained how he was in a Dallas urgent care the same night he was at a Manhattan reception. Pick a lie, James. Why are you hiding?

Red meat has been clogging human arteries for 2.6 million years, and you have to admire how long it waited to start. 2.6 million years ago: gets our ancestors to pick up a stone and cut it off a bone. A long con begins. 2 million years ago: triples the human brain. Lulling us into a false sense of security. 500,000 years ago: has us hunting horses with spears. Still no clogging. Biding its time. 40,000 years ago: gets us through the Ice Age on mammoth. Painted on cave walls by its grateful victims. 10,000 years ago: persuades us to keep cattle and sheep, so it is always nearby. Diabolical. 3000 BC: builds Stonehenge on beef and pork. Nobody drops dead on the scaffolding. 1066: the Normans arrive and take all the best cuts for themselves. Suspiciously, they also take the country. 1700s: becomes the roast beef of old England. The French start calling us after it. An empire follows. Arteries still open. 1850: Victorians eat more of it than ever, in dripping. It holds its nerve. 1911: Crisco goes on sale. Red meat sees its chance. 1920s: cigarettes, sugar and margarine go mainstream, heart attacks take off, and red meat, after 2.6 million years of flawless service, finally makes its move. 1961: the experts catch it red-handed, standing next to the seed oil, the sugar bowl and the ashtray, and arrest the one that had been there since the Stone Age. The most patient murderer in history fed its victims for 100,000 generations first, and only struck once there were three other suspects in the room.

Liberals keep spreading the lie that Ken Paxton let off a child rapist. Most of them (99.9%) have never even read the trial transcript. Yes, there was a trial. 5 people said not guilty. The liberal version needs you to pretend the trial didn’t happen. It did. Ken Paxton didn’t bury it—he tried it. The jury wouldn’t convict. That’s not a favor. That’s the standard they love until it cuts the wrong way. Vote Ken In!🇺🇸

🚨UNBELIEVABLE: After 28 years and nearly 31,000 miles on foot, British adventurer Karl Bushby finally touches down on UK soil to complete the final leg of his historic walk around the world! In November 1998, 29-year-old former paratrooper Karl Bushby set off from Punta Arenas, Chile, with $500 in his pocket and two unyielding rules: no motorized transport of any kind, and no returning home until he finished. Dubbed the Goliath Expedition, his epic trek across 29 countries saw him navigate through the dangerous Darién Gap, cross the frozen Bering Strait on foot, swim the Caspian Sea, and endure grueling visa bans, geopolitical conflicts, and extreme weather. Adhering strictly to his "no transport" rule after Eurotunnel authorities denied him access to walk the train tunnel, the 57-year-old adventurer took to the water—spending 20 hours swimming across the English Channel over three days to reach Dover. Stepping onto Shakespeare Beach on October 5, 2026, Bushby was welcomed by his father, friends, and legendary filmmaker Werner Herzog, who has been documenting his incredible journey. Now back on British soil after nearly three decades away, Bushby is embarking on the final 250-mile stretch on foot to reach his hometown of Hull and knock on his mother's front door!

Bleeding question for the American healthcare system 🏥 Imagine you walk into a restaurant. You ask for a menu. The waiter smiles: "There are no prices. Eat first." You finish eating. You ask for the bill. The waiter says: "We cannot tell you. Go home." Three months later, an envelope arrives in your mailbox: - Bread basket: $480.00 - Water glass rental fee: $210.00 - Out-of-network chef who walked past your table for four seconds: $1,650.00 TOTAL DUE: $2,340.00. This sounds like a dystopian comedy sketch. Except it is literally how going to the hospital works in the United States. You can ask five different doctors, "How much will this cost?", and all five will look at you with genuine mystery, like you just asked them the location of Atlantis. Nobody knows! The hospital does not know! The insurance company does not know! The price is decided by a magical dice roll three months after you leave. Why is healthcare the only industry in the free world where you buy a product with zero idea of the price tag? 🎲💸

Lt. Mary Pumphrey was a dedicated Army Nurse who heroically served during the Vietnam War in the early 1970s. Stationed at key evacuation hospitals like the 12th Evac in Cu Chi, the 85th Evac in Phu Bai, and the 3rd Field Hospital in Saigon, she provided critical care to wounded soldiers, often working long hours under immense pressure to save lives. Nurses like Mary were the unsung heroes on the front lines, facing danger while healing others. God bless this American hero and all our nurses of war🙏🏼❤️🇺🇲 #TheVietnamWar #nurses #America #MilitaryWednesday

WHERE IN THE WORLD IS JAMES TALARICO? Townhall reports he hasn't been seen at a public event in Texas since September 26. After that he flew to New York for a fundraiser where seats went for $27,000 a plate. He was booked to speak in person in the Rio Grande Valley on September 30 and called in from a hotel instead. His campaign canceled an October 5 event with no explanation and pushed an October 6 Austin fundraiser to a date nobody will name. On October 2 they posted rally footage that turned out to be from February. A candidate who thinks he's winning doesn't hide 27 days out. His people know that every time he talks, Texans find out a little more about who he really is.
Ever since James Talarico announced he was running for the U.S. Senate, I have personally yet to meet a single Texan who has told me they plan to vote for him. Not one.

OCTOBER 7, 2023: SHE KNEW SHE WAS GOING TO DIE. Libi Cohen-Meguri, a 22-year-old infantry officer, went to the Nova music festival. She was shot while fleeing the party. At 8:11 a.m., she called her parents and said: “I’ve been shot in the stomach, I’ve been shot in the arm, I’m losing blood. I’m going to die.” Calmly, quietly, she understood; these were the last minutes of her life. She asked her parents to call Tomer, her twin brother, and Maya, her little sister, and said: “I’m going to die. I just want you to listen to me. I love you, Yariv. You’re the best father I could have asked for. Mom, stop screaming. Just listen to me. You are the best mother we could have ever had. Don’t forget to be a good mother to Tomer and Maya after I die. Tomer, how lucky we were to live this life together. I love you. My Maya, never forget—you are the treasure of my life.” When she finished speaking, her parents told her to get out of the car, lie down on the road, and pretend to be dead. With her last bit of strength, she got out of the car and laid down on the road. “Mom, they’re coming to shoot me again,” Libi said after lying down. While her mother listened on the phone, shouts in Arabic could be heard, and then a barrage of gunfire. It didn’t stop. It kept going, until the call was disconnected. And that’s how Libi died—with demonic beasts from the pit of hell standing over her and emptying a full magazine into her body. Libi died with LOVE on her lips: love for life, love for her family, and love for her people. Her memory will forever be a blessing. NEVER FORGET. NEVER FORGIVE. NEVER AGAIN IS NOW. Israel is hunting down every single Palestinian and Hamas terrorist who participated in the October 7th Massacre—to kill them all. They’re living on “borrowed time,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said. Sooner or later, every one of these monsters will be found and eliminated.

Egyptian farmers worked the Nile under a sun that cooks eggs on stone, for 3,000 years, and nobody built a melanoma ward. The sun did it, though. Roman legions marched 20 miles a day in a tunic across Spain and Syria. Sailors spent whole careers on a bare deck in the tropics. No epidemic. The sun did it, though. Every civilisation on earth raised a temple to it. Rome made it the empire's god. In 1903 a man took the Nobel Prize for curing disease with it. Carcinogen, obviously. In the 1920s children were wheeled onto hospital roofs to cure rickets with daylight. Now 1 in 5 adults is short of vitamin D and the advice is a hat and a capsule. Science marches on. Melanoma rose sixfold from 1975, in the exact decades the species moved behind glass, into cars, under cream. Less sun than any generation in history, six times the cancer. The sun did it, though. Outdoor workers get less of it than office workers. Measured for 40 years. The sun did it, though. Leave sunflower oil on a windowsill and it goes rancid in a week, because light snaps the double bonds in linoleic acid. Your skin is now a fifth linoleic acid. Put it in the sun and the same reaction runs through your arm. We call it sunburn. The oil is heart healthy, the label says so. Your grandfather roofed all summer with no cream, in a skin made of dripping, and browned. You burn in May in a skin made of sunflower. The sun did it, though. Two million years in the open with no hospital wing. Fifty years on frying oil and there is a queue at dermatology. They prosecuted the one thing that has not changed since the Pharaohs, and sold you a bottle to hide from it, so you could carry on eating the thing that has.

Damn Hamas.
When Hamas terrorists tried to abduct her, teenager Liel Hetzroni (12) screamed "I have school tomorrow!" But Hamas murdered her. Her father Gavin Heller told BBC that her body was burnt so badly that only DNA could be used to ID her. Western liberals cheered on the violence. They defended it as "resistance." They called for more "jihad." "It's such a shock that people can do this to others because they were Jewish," Mr. Heller told the BBC News in 2013. His twin children were murdered by Hamas on October 7th. Liel was killed, as was Yannai, her twin brother. "I won't watch them grow up, I will never see them get married" father Gavin told news. "'There wasn't enough of her body left to bury." Roughly 251 Israelis were abducted to Gaza during the surprise terror attack and about 1,200 were murdered by Hamas and the Gazan civilans that joined part of the terror attack. Never forget little Liel

Rush Limbaugh predicted Democrats would change from actually trying to win elections to stealing them instead: RUSH QUOTE: “The modern day Democrats have to go through the motions of campaigning, and they have to go through the motions of trying to win the hearts and minds of voters. But they resent the hell out of it. And in their world, it’s the one thing standing in their way: This need, this requirement to win elections. And I’m just telling you: As soon as they can figure out a way to eliminate elections, they will do it, ’cause they resent the hell out of it.”
