The ABA cannot claim to uphold professional standards while using accreditation to push ideological requirements. With 26+ compliance failures identified, @POTUS is weighing whether its accrediting arm should retain federal recognition.

NEW: @POTUS’ move to strip the ABA of federal recognition could reshape legal education. @DefendingEd’s @SarahPPerry explains how removing its gatekeeper status could curb ideological mandates and refocus law schools on producing excellent attorneys.

🚨@DefendingEd filed a civil rights complaint with @usedgov’s OCR after Kalamazoo Public Schools and its teachers’ union established race-based staffing targets and preferences that can put race ahead of seniority.
This is amazing news and speaks volumes about @ClemsonUniv. Congratulations!
I'm pleased to announce that the Clemson U Board of Trustees has just voted to approve the creation of the Clemson Center for the Study of the American Founding.

HISD students are making remarkable academic strides, but the @HoustonChron would rather question the results than celebrate them. Education should be about helping kids succeed, not protecting a political narrative.

A Houston education coalition tied to teachers’ unions is pushing back on mandatory STAAR testing as HISD sees reading and math scores rise. Reinstating the status quo that failed students for years could jeopardize those gains.

@ActionPde is proud to support @RepJeffCrank's RELA Act. It is critical to protect religious liberties for all Education Freedom Tax Credit scholarship organizations and participants
Every family deserves the freedom to choose the education that's right for their child. The Education Freedom Tax Credit is expanding educational resources for students across the country, including here in Colorado.
But no family should lose access to these resources because of where their child goes to school. That's why today I introduced the RELA Act to ensure Education Freedom Tax Credit dollars reach every student, including those who attend private and religious schools.
What this means:
✅ No state can exclude private or religious schools;
✅ Scholarship Granting Organizations stay free from government control; and
✅ Families have more options for their child's education.
