Should be four up and will probably get pegged back. BUT this is exactly the football we’ve been crying out for since relegation. Best half of football I’ve seen from #htafc in years. Top work from Drury.
Who called that five minutes after the event? Ref and the lino didn’t see it. Have we suddenly got VAR in League One? #htafc
Ridiculous. Who do we blame for these goals now Pep has packed in? #htafc

Get this lad a medal
‘So you can tell young people to get less matcha, but we can’t tell you to go on fewer cruises?’
@JHansonRadio and Dennis Reed, director of Silver Voices, don’t see eye to eye about changes to the triple lock…
Needs a bit of help with this. The last answer, when he’s into the interview, is by far the best. No point as a manager talking about touches in their box, xG, nobody cares. The core message: ‘we created loads, didn’t take our chances, that isn’t good enough’ is all you need.
One day I will support a football team that can set up away from home against the long ball team without completely going to pieces. Or one who don’t need 15 passes around the box when three would be much, much better #htafc
How has the government managed to create a two tier tax system where people going out to work everyday are somehow on the second tier?
NEW - Pensions minister Torsten Bell confirms that pensioners who ‘just exceed’ personal allowance when state pension rises WON'T have to pay small amounts of tax this parliament
“In line with the commitment made at Budget 2025, pensioners who only just exceed the personal allowance will not have the administrative burden of paying small amounts of tax in this Parliament.
“Chx will set out further details on how that commitment will be delivered at the Budget.”
Mad thing about Joe Taylor is he could have easily had 10 already this season and he had half a game off. How did he end up on loan at Wigan last season? #htafc

£1m for a lad who hasn’t even played a #htafc league game. This is either a phenomenal deal or he’s a superstar
Swansea City are closing in on the signing of Huddersfield Town central midfielder Tom Iorpenda.
It’s understood a deal worth around £1m has been agreed by the clubs for the 21-year-old.
Swansea are expected to pay an initial fee of £750,000, with around £250,000 in add-ons.
#HTFC have also inserted a sell-on clause into the deal.
Iorpenda is due to undergo a medical in Wales today.

It will forever be frustrating an ambitious owner with big money finally pitched up at #htafc months after the arse fell out of the team
Planning application has been officially submitted for an expansion to our home at the Accu Stadium that will see a 141-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel developed in HD1, pending planning permission.

Wary of praising any #htafc signings on the way in as it’s been a mug’s game recently. However, this lad could be something special in League One.
Mail having a completely normal one here. Why would Andy Burnham be working part-time just because he’s north of Watford? We do have jobs up here.
Not sure I’ve ever heard anyone panic about a searching through ball into space behind our defence as Sam Matterface #PANENG

Don't know if this is common knowledge, but the BBC has produced a spoiler-free link to watch World Cup match highlights without knowing the score.

High risk, high reward approach again. The football at the back end of last season, one game apart, was much closer to where #htafc need to be. Intrigued to see how we set up for next season.
Huddersfield are set to confirm Martin Drury as permanent manager with Jon Stead as his assistant after impressing in interim charge at the back end of last season. #htafc
101 minutes. These refs are a social experiment #htafc
The most frustrating #htafc season I’ve watched in a while. There is not one good side in this league.
